Comfortable, Great location protected in a beautiful community of hotels allowing you to escape the city buzz when required but the staff are wonderful in also helping you experience the feel of the city also! there was a lack of visual events that where going on arond the place, you had to go looking and ask to find what to do rather then having it presented. Travel tip : very quick and cheap taxi fare to most of the main attractions!, well known area so that its always easy to find your way home!

For the price, nothing. I suppose it was hard to find a range of cheap bites or a food shop. This hotel is in spacious, pleasant grounds of an historical nature. It was good to walk around after the crazy Xi'an hustle and bustle. Situated next to a five-star you can share their amenities. I wish I had brought my swimming gear. Professional staff, the rooms were fine, clean, well appointed and came with complimentary water. For those who need it there is a KFC about a block away. I didn't explore much so can't comment further about other food options or a minimarket. Great for the price, I felt quite posh. We were able to walk here in about 20 minutes from the East City wall access. About 5 minutes cab (10 yuan) or 15 minutes walk from the must-see Hui Muslim minority street.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Make sure you hire a tandem bike up on the city wall in Xi'an. Bumpy but loads of fun. Get up there before 4:00 pm.

Friendly English-speaking hotel staff and superb location. The room is really small! We only stayed for one-night so not too bad. Location was fantastic, it was walking distance (ard 20mins) to Bell/Drum Tower. The hotel compound was secluded for guests only, avoiding any irritating taxi touts.
