Perfect Location and Comfort
Walking distance to the Bell Tower and the Muslim Area. Close to a metro stop which is easy to use. A longer walk and/or a metro trip to get to the wall or to the museum.
The location made it very easy to get to all the places I wanted to see as I could walk to a lot of them and the hotel organised a car to take me to the warriors. The room was large with a comfortable bed and soft pillows. A couple of the staff spoke excellent English and others spoke enough to give me the help I needed.

Good location with terrible customer service
location location and location
It was nice to stay at first and the room was clean except for the customer service through phone when they literally hanged up my call for possible left behind item. This is unacceptable even for local. I strongly not recommend this hotel unless you never meet anything unexpected.

Excellent at its class
Comfort, Convenient and Clean
Hotel located at the heart of city, few steps away from shopping , public parks and local delicacies, convenient store as well as fast food outlets such as KFC,McD, approx. 15 mins walk to Xian attractions like Bell Tower, Drum Tower , Muslim Trip and Old City Wall. Front desk staff were reasonable friendly with good English proficiency. If you have not pre-booked Day Tours or Airport Limo , there is a Tour Desk at hotel lobby to help you. Room was clean, large and with excellent air-conditioner. Will definitely return to Ramada Hotel if we decide to make a second trip to Xian.

Breakfast F&B needs revieing
The Hotel its self is clean and located near to the subway the problem is the F&B secificaly the breakfast
The problem is breakfast, there is no one supervising it, guest have to point out what needs replenishing, simple things like not enoungh cups (tea Coffee) are put out. They should know how many people for breakfast and plan accordingly, plates were wet and chiped and placed back in the rack, porrage spoons were not with the bowls but on the juice table. food was often cold because the lids were raised, these are really basic issues having worked in a resort hotel I can say that this hotel is good in every way but its F&B for breakfast is shocking

Good four star in great location
Location, room, staff
This is a really good location. Room was spacious and well appointed. Staff were all wonderful, English was good and if required they used their phone translators so never gave up trying to understand what you were saying, and all with a smile. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised
The business suites were truly big and nice. The location is fantastic. The breakfast was better than expected.
We wanted to stay someplace NICE near to the Bell and Drum Tower, and chose the Ramada because it seemed to be the best option. And we were surprised that it was so nice! I had expected an older, overpriced hotel. But it seems fairly new, clean, and comfortable.
