Solo travelers Australia, December 24, 2012	Nice Hotel Handy location 10 Stayed 3 nights at this Hotel, it is opposite the main Xi'an Railway Station just as you pass under the city wall around a 5 minute walk at most. The bus for the Terracotta Warriors departs from the station area (7 RMB each way, bus 306), also the airport bus departs just opposite the railway station as well (26 RMB), outside the Jiefang Hotel. There's no reason to have to use overpriced Taxis to any of these locations when you stay in the Xi'an Grand Soluxe International Hotel.Front counter staff helpful and good at their job, good breakfast with a selection of Western and Asian breakfast. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: hire a pushbike on the city wall. it's 13.4 km around the top of the wall. a pushbike will cost you 40 rmb to hire for 100 minutes, with an extra 5 rmb for every additional 10 minutes over that time. be careful and watch your time as the time will go quickly if you stop to look at everything along the top of the wall. also note that a 100 rmb deposit is required so make sure you are carrying enough money. tandem bikes can also be hired as well.
