my stay at this hotel was not all that good. upon check in i was greeted by five people and they took roughly 20 minutes for a simple check in procedure - having to call beijing for instructions. i rsvp the club level which is a joke! the food was cold, the staff seemingly more interested in talking and having a good old time vs. making certain item like ice and or clean glasses were available. breakfast in the am at the club level were less than bad. a simple request for eggs took 20 minutes to complete and they too were cold. bacon were cold, bread were slale etc... this was a joke!

It was a pleasant experience staying at the hotel. All staffs smiled at you while meeting you in the lobby, elavator, or at the front desk. The room was large, comfortable and with beautiful view outside the window. The restaurants downstair were exellent, although they were expensive for mid-class customers.

Decent hotel. The club level is very good but the food is average. The service and support as tied to front desk are equally average at best. This hotel is not in a good location and the area is somewhat backward. The location is not all that good and the area is not all that safe. I do not recommend for tourist.

The moment the Hotel staff recognised me as a golden Circle Member, they began to make me feel like coming home. This being our first visit to Zhongshan, the concierge and bellboy volunteered useful tips on where to go and what to eat.
The only complaint is that the Hotel does not have a travel desk to arrange for local tours.
Restaurant Tip:
never the miss the most popular Shek Kay Loh Zhongshan Restaurant for authentic Zhongshan cuisine. Very local and amazingly unique.

i stayed here in may 2012 on business. rooms are well-equipped and spacious. reception and restaurant staff are friendly but english limited for some. restaurants serve both western & chinese cuisine, and buffet breakfast was particularly good. complimentary internet in room, but no wi-fi. overall, i would recommend and will stay here again.

a trip to zhongshan in easter holiday. a nice hotel, location is quiet but not convenient. wait for about 10-15 mins to get a taxi. everything in standard as a 5-star hotel. sometimes tourists would like surprises....

WE arrived and checked in very quickly. The room is clean, and overlooks the garden at the entrance. I enjoyed the swimming pool in the late afternoon, which is very nice.
