It is my first time in Zhuhai so I do not have a lot of experiences at hotels in the area. I did however come from a 4-star hotel from Guangzhou and went to a 4-star hotel in Hong Kong afterwards. Comparing to both hotels in China with a 4-star rating, Greenery is not comparable to either. I may be biased against the hotel such the I believe it is a higher end hostel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Duty free shopping center 2 blocks away from hotel. Tourist attraction, fisherman girl statue and stony hill is both a five minute taxi ride away. Several seafood restaurants along the coast with exceptional price and food! We took the ferry to Hong Kong afterwards and the ferry building is also very close.
The hotel, however, is some distance away from Gongbei district (like 15 min taxi ride). Note that taxi fare should be around 18 RMB as of 4/2008. Gongbei is the main shopping area for tourists and the border station to Macau. There is also a bar street that extends 2 blocks with good nightlife.
