The hotel is right next to a shopping center where you can find McDonald's and a super market. It is easy to get what you need. Room size is decent and it is clean. There was some confusion on our bookings and it took some time for the front desk to communicate with the main office. By the way, this is a reputable hotel chain in China and they have locations across the country.
Hotel Feature Tip:
It is easier to catch a taxi across the street. It costs about RMB 20 dollars one way from the ferry station to the hotel.

This is one of the cleanest hotel room I have stayed in China for this inexpensive price. I was skeptical when most reviewers said it was clean, but when I was there myself, I had to agree. It has everything you need for a short stay. WiFi is free and accessible in rooms and lobby.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There are 2 things I want to point out. 1. There is a sign in the hotel room's bathroom saying that we should not flush down any paper (including toilet paper) to prevent any clog. A garbage bin is placed next to the toilet bowl. The waterflow is indeed very slow. 2. The construction of a big shopping mall is going on next to the hotel. I don't hear any noise myself.
