Sporting reasonably good value for a property in this price range, this hotel has the amenities and services one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The hotel is located just outside the city center, eight minutes by car to the Zhuhai Macau Immigration point, or a 15-minute walk to shopping facilities. Aside from the usual facilities such as swimming pool, conference rooms, and a business center, the hotel offers non-smoking rooms, and has rooms which are wheelchair accessible. Guests can enjoy a game of tennis, a workout at the fitness center, or a massage at the Jumbo Hotel.

Hotel spacious, good value for money..a lot of shop lots nearby, all walking distance.. quite far from Immigration Gate to hotel. alhought hotel located at town, but dont expect to walk to hotel, it takes about 25 min walk..take taxi only 5-10 min, cost only RMB10.
Traffic there is very terrible,very noisy, no Traffic Light in Zhuhai..be careful while u walking. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful..when we reach hotel about 9pm, the staff help us call to restaurant to pre-book the meal, so that we can directly have our dinner when we reach there. the hotel is spacious and good value for money.
the bed is very comfortable.
if travel to Zhuhai, i will come back to this hotel again.
Nightlife Tip : foot massage only cost RMB 35 per hour!!

Room spacious and staffs are very helpful..within walking distance there are a lot shop lots, convinience. walk from immigration gate around 15-20min..no traffic light the the city, very bad traffic there.. i like the room so much! they upgrade our room to executive room with no sur charge..the front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. we reach Jumbo hotel nearby 9pm, the staff take initiative help us to book the nearest restaurant VIP room and pre-order food for us. so that we can have our meal once we reach the restaurant..so nice..the food is very nice and reasonable..
i will definitely come back to this hotewl again if next travel to Zhuhai..

The customer service is good. The staff is more polite when you have something don't know and want to ask. I think the size of the room is too small. Not only with family but couple. The inch of bed also too small. Conclusion is that the staff of the hotel is very good. When you are facing any over demanding problem. They will help you to solve it. For example, you don't know where to eat, where to take bus, etc.
However, the room size is a bit small. And have not much area to put your stuff.
Shopping Tip : You can walk about 10mins that you can find few of shopping mall.
