1) No hot water supply and Not enough water supply (No pressure)
2) Hotel Location is far away from gateway, (difficult to find taxi)
3) Bad smell in room
4) Room Dercoration are worn
5) Poor attitude in attending to customers
The rooms at top level is poor condition, we are totally disappointed from their attitude in attending to customers because they lied to us when we request to change rooms.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

Located beside a bus terminal, the hotel is conveniently located even though it is tucked in one corner in the city of Zhuhai Gongbei district. There is a convenience store opposite the hotel and travellers can purchase whatever they are missing from there. Also located opposite the hotel are a few eateries.
