The hotel is next to ocean and a mountain. Hotel room is comfortable and staff members are very friendly. It is not close to the entertainment and activity centres though

i was stay only one night at zhuhai dehan hotel, unfortunately the day was the coldest day of the year. we found it was 10 degree celcius at noon with strong windy. but this was recovered with the hotel stay, big room with great sea-side scenic. good service by hotel staff and friendly. hotel location quite far from shopping area (gongbei) and i can not understand for the numbers of breakfast table are reserved and finally nobody use with those tables along our start to finish breakfast.
for overall i think the hotel was o.k.

our stay was rather satisfactory however our room air conditioning was not cool enough and when we ordered room service the staffs couldn't understand much of english and keep passing the phone to at least 5 person during an order.
shopping place is quite a walking distance of at least 15mins to the duty free shopping mall.

it was a very nice hotel, but for me it was disappointing - i booked the hotel because of the beach, pool and sauna. no beach towels are available, and we could not use the pool due to a requirement (first time anywhere in the world i have come across this) to wear a swimming cap! again not available. lastly there was a problem with the sauna so we couldn't use that either!

Excellent & Courteous Reception Service
Excellent handling by hotel front, in resolving Agoda fault

Dismay and upset with Agoda that room had NOT been reserved although fully paid. No record at all. Resolved only the following day. Fortunately, hotel reception proceeded with check-in. Very professional, excellent and courteous service by hotel front.

the place was quiet and clean ,the room was ok.
breakfirst was ok as expected.
all around the area are office with a one or two shopping
centre around.
had a great dinner of sea food nearly the seaside.
it is very near the ferry point for us to travel back to Hong kong as we were going back about 7.00am as it was good to be near by.
