Bad service
Relatively big space among Hong Kong hotels

Well, it's really big space in the room compared to other Hong Kong Hotels. Free wifi, mini fridge, microwave and hot pot are available in the room. Sofa, side tables and big desk table are provided as well. A little bit far away from metro, which needs 10-15 min walk.
But I’m dissatisfied with this hotel:
1.We went there together with our child (4 years old), who sleeps in the afternoon every day. And I was told the rooms on the lower floor are quite noisy. So I wrote mails to them one month and one week before we arrived there. Which really shocked me is our room was arranged on 2nd floor which has an open gym on this floor as well. The room was really noisy especially buses passed by outside. I required to change the room, but was told the hotel is full. Ok, I can fully understand the day we arrived is full and we cannot be re-arranged. But we stayed there for six nights. They told us our room could not be changed even in the next 5 days.
2.The door of the hotel is not auto-open, but auto-close. Meanwhile, the auto-close door is very heavy. No matter I had big suitcase or baby stroller, no one helped me to keep the door opening. Even there were always at least 2-3 hotel employees in the lobby.
3.The throwaway slippers were provided in the room. But such slippers are for one-time usage, which it is easy to be worn out. The new slippers were never been provided after the old ones were broken.
4.One day I left my clothes on the bed in the morning, and then went outside. When I was back, I found the clothes were disorderedly thrown on the desk. I never met a hotel would do such things! Normally housekeeping will put the clothes on the bed and make them ordered.
5.Since my child sleeps in the afternoon, I put “clean my room soon” card on the door in the early morning. But till evening, no housekeeping at all!!!
Really bad service!
Do not want to stay there for the second time.

The room is large compared to other HK hotels. its clean as well which is the important thing i look for a hotel. If your looking to just rest your tired feet after shopping or walking, or visiting disneyland then this hotel is just right for you. its near central, can take bus, trams or a short taxi ride. I also booked this hotel because its very near the hk-macau ferry terminal. the only thing I dont like is the late check in, we arrive around 1pm, then we were asked to be back at 3pm bec thats the time for check in as per hotel staff.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
if you plan to go to macau, then this hotel is just 1 bus stop away around 3.40hk dollars per person, or a short taxi ride/20hk dollars to the ferry going to macau.

huge room, good location
a bit hard to find, don't forget to mention des voeux rd west

we got lost on our way here as we got off at central and was ecstatic that we found des voeux rd straight away. little did we know that the hotel was on the west side. taxi drivers weren't very helpful either coz they didn't know where we wanted to go to, until an hour later. that aside, the hotel room was massive. it fit 2 single beds and a couch very comfortably. the bathroom was great and clean. we actually didn't want to leave the room after we arrived, that's how wonderful it was. the only down side is that even though we were on floor 3, there was no view out the window. it was just another building's wall but i guess that's hk for you.
Hotel Feature Tip:
make sure you get off at sheung wan mrt and not central mrt. the hotel is on des voeux rd west.

Very clean ,big and cozy hotel with nice service
This is a very big but economic hotel you can find in Hongkong,where you can find a nice local food inn "Liang Xiang Ju" on the left side of the hotel.

It is unbelievable to find this hotel in Hongkong because almost everything about living,food,transportation is quite expensive.However,if you want one large,economic,and nice room to have a good rest,this is the ONE you want.
It is not hard for you to find it.You can take the subway to Zhonghuan and exit from "C" exit,then turn left and walk directly towards for less than 10 minutes until a local inn "Lianxiang Ju".The hotel is just nearby.The staff of the hotel are very friendly and helpful.The elvator is quite fast but every time you use the lift,you have to use your room card.
The room is quite cozy and very clean.It has almost everything you want:one king-size comfortable bed, a hairdryer, slippers, shampoo,some bowls and plates.And even there is a ipod or iphone Philips DC291 Docking Clock Radio!The wifi is very fast!
All in all, the hotel is quite worth the value.I strongly recommend this nice hotel!And will come back again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It is very easy for you to get to the famous "Victoria Peak" or Star Ferry to Terminal.It is quite near to the center of Hongkong.

This hotel is quite new, with very nice rooms. I enjoyed my stay there. The gym facility is quite small tho. The mtr station is quite far from the Hotel to me. The staff is very friendly. They are very willing to help me when i got questions.

The location is quite good. Two bus stops away from MTR. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel entrance. Tram is also nearby.
The rooms are big enough for 2 people. Rooms are also very clean. No stains in the bathroom. Toiletries are provided by the hotel.

We stayed here for a couple of days. The appartment is very spacious and clean. Be aware that the hotel is on the WEST part of Des Voeux Road. It is a 8-10 minute walk from Sheung Wan station (blue line) in western direction (west end of the road). Also close to tram and bus stop.

Yes, it is a little bit away from the the touristy parts, but what a brilliant area. The sounds and smells of old Hong Kong.
Dried seafood and produce sellers. Old buildings mixed with the modern. Trams (some still the original Glasgow trams0 ratteling their way through the streets.
The hotel staff are great. Rooms are big, although tea, coffe creamer and teaspoons would have been nice.
Only grump was about the huge bed. It was two singles joined together - fine if you don't end up sleeping across the middle - beware of a bad back in the morning.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Turn right on leaving the hotel and head along Wing Lok Street and Morrison Street - you walk past lots of old Hong Kong shops and end up at Western Market - a 10 minute walk. Just along from Western Market (Des Voeux Road) is the MTR -another two minutes walk.
