Overall a good experience
Room size, room features, friendliness of staff
7.7
The receptionist allowed us to leave our bags, since we arrived earlier than the check-in time. The rooms were ready earlier than expected, although the rooms they gave us were not on the same floor. The size of the room was big by Hong Kong standards. The room had an iPod dock, steam iron and microwave oven. The hotel is approximately five minutes away from the mtr station.

Great hotel, centrally located
Location. Suite size. Helpful staff.

3 Families were staying in the hotel - all with adult children (for a wedding), and the location was excellent. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, well maintained, and had staff who could cope with english.

overrated 4-star hotel
Large sized room, comfortable beds and free wifi.
3.7
Dissatisfied. Services need to improve, from front desk to room service. Ventilations may be improved to block off market odor from entering the room. Inventory listings should be checked for completeness before check-in is allowed.

Could better for a 4 star hotel
Central location, near dried seafood shops, goog dim sum restaurants and near underground rail station
4.7
Hotel easily missed because of small ground floor reception facing main road. No porter to help with luggage when you arrive at hotel. We stayed in 2-bedroom apartment which is good size but sofa had stain marks and curtains were sagging due to missing hooks. Not much view outside windows. However room has good wifi. Otherwise an average experience for a 4-star hotel

No frills large size hotel
Large room, connvenient location, friendly staff
7.7
The main reason I chose this hotel was because it is along the hoi mei street where my mum could shop for all the dried foods she wanted to buy. The bedroom size was hugh, the bed should be able to fit in 2A 1C comfortably. Transport to other parts of hong kong was easy by bus or by tram, if you have the time. Take bus 905 to Kowloon area for shopping. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Take the tram to HK CBD, great sight seeing option if you do not like to walk. In fact, you can just follow the foottrail in the map avaialable in the hotel . Food wise, walk down the streets after midnight, you should be able to find a few good dining options. During day time, food is not a problem. The staff in the hotelare friendly and they are very willing to help you should you have any queries.
