Good location to many restaurants
location is the key selling point, at a great bargain price. near to many restaurants and pubs, if you are into that. nearby kimberley road has many korean restaurants and other local restaurants including seafood and roast duck etc.

we wanted a room for 2 nights, and running out of choices during a last minute decision to visit hong kong. knutsford hotel is well located at our choice location and the price is simply a bargain. the bed is hard for some used to softer bed, but its not as hard as some standard bed run by japanese hotel chain. room is small, but its hong kong, and we lived in even smaller rooms, so the smaller room is nothing out of the ordinary. we like the convenience of getting to restaurants, and also mtr which are within a 7 to 8 minute walk. you can also explore the nearby shopping centers, and there are a few.

I found my stay disappointing. I was not warned about the extra ordinary small room size. The bed was so small, I could not even fit in it.I am not a big man. I could not extend my legs beyond the bed as there were walls immediately next to both ends of it confirming the total width of the room. The carpet was badly stained and not vacuumed for a while. First day they forgot to clean my room and give me fresh towels. I was rudely told, the room was not cleaned because I did not put the "cleaning request" card on my door knob. I will not stay there again.

paying a small fee for a room with no view, not much facilities and basic room complements is fair. with a good location, near pick-up point for the airport shuttle and walking distance to malls and nathan road, this hotel is recommended for people who are planning to go to Hong Kong but on a budget.
note the small elevator, the lobby at the 6th floor and dirty airconditioning units inside the room.
shoutout to helpful staff. with agoda, reservations are hassle-free.
Nightlife Tip:
walking distance to night life and streets of asian-western pubs and restos for a diversified food and drinks

though the room is small, it is still comfortable..
room is clean. had a restful stay.
Travel tip:
the uphill route to the hotel is the only negative thing for me. over all its ok and will recommend.

Great Location but small rooms

I was in Hong Kong for a business trip on April 25th, due to the location of the hotel is near my customer's office, and my flight isrriving very late that night, I don't wanted to spend to much time on transportation, so I booked this hotel. The location is great, there are almost everything close by, restaurent, shops, bars....and most of all, it's only 5 minutes walking distance to my customer office.
The room is very small, but it's clean, I think I will stay at that hotel again for my next business trip

small hotel at reasonable price

Very small room. Bad sound proof, very noisy at mid night. Hard bed and smell from washroom. Many restaurants and bars nearby but need to take 15mins walk to train station. Overall not recommend to stay.

it would be nice if you always stay tst for shopping, it is very close to knosfford terrance so you can get a drink easily
mtr is a bit far, inconvenience especially when rainning
one receptionist is nice but speak poor english, i even need to help her to translate to other guests! unbelievable
security guy is nice and helpful
very small and seems dirty swimming pool; if it can change it to a luggage room or lobby will be much better

The hotel locatiom is more convenient for me where is near by the shopping centre and shpping mall. The hotel view is fair. The hotel located next to the resident. I can see the window of the next building when i open the room window. The swimming poor is so small. To my disappoint, The window curtain use the bed sheet to act a part.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel located in the shopping point of the Hong Kong. The drink bar is next to the hotel. It is good for me to visit.

The hotel is not very conveniently located as it is a little uphill and there is not MTR stop nearby. Although not too far from the train stop it is a 5 to 7 minutes walk. The single room is quite small, although good enough for a single person the bed is very cramped and not very comfortable. Also the room has white color blinds which do not help at all out to keep the light out. The best thing about the hotel is that it is in a very quiet neighborhood and also one of the few hotels with free internet in the room and wifi in the lobby.
