Great location, very small room and no smile

I opted for this hotel simply because of the location, 2 minutes walk from the Nathan street. However on arrival I found that the rooms were much smaller than I had imagined. The guy at the reception was too unfriendly (I wouldn't want to call it rude) but some courtesy was missing. They dont offer complimentary water bottle in the room and even tea bags were missing. I rang up in the morning but was told "sorry dont have...no tea bag in this hotel..dont have sorry". Why would they provide an electric kettle in the room for?
Towels were stinking like soaked in some cheap body massage oil. Wifi offered was fluctuating every 40 seconds.

everytime i have to go to hong kong, i would usually check in the internet for the best deal i can get. i would say that 8 out 10 bookings i make will always lead me to this hotel. its one of the best deals i get in terms of price and location. do not expect any bonus. its just a decent/comfortable place to sleep after a long days work with a fair price.

Great Location but not so quiet

we stayed there for three days. the room is very clean, and not too small compare to other hotels in hongkong. it is very good value for money. however, the bed is very hard, not very comfortable. another downside is that you can hear everything happened next doors, even if you are opening a plastic bag....so there is a privacy issue...
Restaurant Tip:
The road Terrance next to it has all the bars that you looking for.

i used the mtr (subway) and got off at tsim sha tsui station. i have been to hong kong a "million" times and know my way around like it was my home. this hotel was very difficult to find. i was dragging along 2 suitcases as well. everyone i asked for directions send me a different way. there are 3 streets all named almost the same: observatory road, observatory court and observatory terrace and they all crisscross in different directions. i lost 3 kgs trying to find the place.
Nightlife Tip:
lots of restaurants and bars in area but i was too tired to leave the room after i found the place!

There is no room service and I had some concerns with the hygiene factor of the hotel as well. There is a swimming pool in the hotel where I could only see blown cigarette pipes floating around. Secondly, the location of the hotel is little inconvenient, if you are a travel and you want to explore hong kong island. I would rather suggest to pay few pennies more and stay in other 4 star hotels.

the hotel room is quite small. but the layout is perfectly done and the room's space is used efficiently. the bed is a little hard but still comfort to rest on. the hotel location is hard to find. so i recommend you to take a taxi if you are not familiar with hong kong. don't expect to much about the swimming pool. it's just like sewer.
Shopping Tip:
There are seven eleven nearby. So you won't be having any trouble finding your daily supplies.

clean but small. if you are tall, you cannot lie down straight as the bed is too short. somehow, it is in tsim sha shui where the shopping is in walking distance. the reception is not friendly and no late check out!
