the hotel is very accessible from tsim sha tsui station about 700m away if you walk and it takes about 7 minutes. if you want to take taxi from tsim sha tsui station its about 800m and it takes about 2 minutes drive. the pictures of the room posted on their website is exactly the same on the actual. what you pay is what you get. one thing caught my attention was the small tv on the shower area. i definitely recommend this hotel if you're tight with your budget.

Friendly Security Guards
Near to Pubs and Shopping Mall at Tsim Sha Tsui

the hotel was previously under the management of "mingle" and i suppose it is still under transition to "acesite". so many furnitures may still be in bad conditions. the security guard was extremely friendly and helpful. i was looking for an iron to iron my shirt but the concierge staff was unkeen to help. in the end the security guard went to the hotel's store-room to get on for me.
Nightlife Tip:
There are many pubs near the hotel at Knutsford Terrace.

near knutsford street which is lovely restaurants

you can feel enough as much as u r staying at the hotel in hongkong which is the place to make space efficiently as possible as they can do. very clean, being able to use just ur own computer at the hotel. the staffs were pretty much unfriendly, i guess. the cost was a bit low relatively with others.

it's worth to stay at this hotel. there's alots of shoplots and restaurants are nearby the hotels, it's very convenience to access to the nearest shopping malls like harbour city, i square an etc.... just take 7-10 min walks to the mtr station. before access to next station, can use he mtr pedestrian exit j to the avenue stars, it just take 10-15 min wlk to there.

location is convenient, easy to navigate to either tsim sha tsui or jordan mtr stations

the rooms are very small, and some of the electrical appliances are not working or faulty.
elevator has no ventilation system, very stuffy.
it's located at a right dead end of a slope. there are many wine bars and western restaurants nearby. great for party people.
Shopping Tip:
Can walk to "welcome supermarket" which is pretty near to the hotel for groceries and Mirama Shopping Arcade for fashion clothing and accessories.

Quiet n Tidy away from streets

was quite pleasant during my chkin, staff met along in out of hotel was friendly. beautiful shower room which is clean n neat with clean nice bedsheet spread on bed making it very comfortable n nice to look at. only one thing happen, which in the middle of the night my room aircon broke down. called up reception n immediately they send a staff up to check on it. staff was friendly n inform me he unable to repair it due late night so he went downstair n brought me a rotating fan instead to cool my night througout my sleep. i just took it as a one off accident. hope it doesnt occur to all rooms. will like to stay on my next visit. eatery all round the hotel corner just a minute or two away from hotel. easy access to shopping area n siuated near the tsim sha tsui mtr stn. price very affordable maybe due to promotion.
