if you come to hong kong for business, this hotel is a great solutio.
it situated just acros of new hong kong expo center - 3min walk.
the rooms are big and new aquipmented. big shower, safe, internet and some more futures. i would say - it can cost much more.
Restaurant Tip:
Don't come to the restorants in this bulding and in the close buldings - very expensive. Also don't try McDonald's that just opposit and never change the oil. Come to the centre and enjoy

Hotel is 10min walking to Metro. Close to grocery, McD and other shop. Cross street from all the local restaurants and small shops. Hotel located in a quiet area, next to pier. Large room with all new decorations. For the same price, you wont get a larger room in HK in the same location. Provide free water and fruits in the room. They actually give you fresh banana, apple and other fruit everyday. 2 metro stops from LKF and bars. More like a studio room with out kitchen. would go back again.

- Wifi was erratic.
Hotel Feature Tip:
- If you prefer to sleep in dark room, this can be a problem as blinds are not that effective.
- No value for harbor-front rooms. View doesn't matter for a couple of days.

Free internet was fast.
everything is good.
only problem is hotel loaction. maybe, this hotel is not famous for hong kong people. nobody knows... --+
from airport to hotel...
bus(A11) is good. (get off 11th stop.)

thought i had to settle for the last deal during the 2011 xmas accommodation rush in hong kong. but i definitely had the best deal for this unknown property in a fairly convenient location. the room is strikingly large and has given me the impression of everything there being new, the toilet, the shower and bath robe. the living area is big enough to entertain a few guests. what impressed me more was that there are windows on both sides of the walls that make the room look even bigger and lighter. it is only a walking distance to cwb and wanchai shopping areas, making this property even more attractive for people to stay. i will certainly have hesitation to stay there again. but i do hope the room rates won't go up as much as they are now.

交通の便は割りとよい（バス停が近くにあり、フェリー乗り場も近い）

チェックインの時間は過ぎていたと思うのですが、部屋に入ったら本当に掃除したのかな？と思ってしまうような状態でした。（髪の毛や小さなゴミが床のあちこちに落ちている／バスルームのアメニティが置いてあるトレイは埃だらけ／3、4個置いてある枕のうち1つが少し臭うように思えた など） キッチンやダイニングスペースがあるのですが、きれいにはみえなかったので使う気になれませんでした。エレベーターは3基あるのですが全て泊まる階が違うのでなかなか来ないときもありました。
