MTR easily accessible, Nathan Rd was the main street, hotel was very good.
NO Indian food around the hotel.
Hospitality was very good. The hotel was very clean and the views from the room was excellent. Very good service provided by the staff.
Restaurant Tip : Please provide good Indian food in the hotel.

excellent location. Good service by hotel staff of all levels. Very clean room.
Size of room is small. The single bed is really meant for just one adult..can't share with a kid. Do request for a family room or double bed if you are travelling with kids.
During our stay, we had inadvertently left the door opened when we left the room. We were impressed by the manager's initiative in double locking the door during our absence. The location is so good that you can literally shop till you drop as you can shop at different price range at stores/shops/mall surrounding the hotel. There are plenty of taxis outside the hotel (if you do not wish to walk so much) and the MTR station is also nearby. We have had 2x dim sum and 1x dinner at the Chinese restaurant in the hotel, it was worth paying a small premium for comfort and better quality chinese food. One can find food and essential needs just across the hotel. We have all enjoyed our stay at the hotel!

As i've mentioned, the hotel's location is it's selling point. It's in the middle of everything in the Kowloon area. Easy access to public transportation is another plus. The local eateries across the street (Temple St.), as well as the night market, are definitely worth a try.
Restaurant Tip : Mak Man Kee is on Parkes St., a few blocks from the hotel. Their noodles are supposed to be one of the best in the Kowloon side
