Awesomely fine Hotel in the sense that it's a cozy place just near the MTr (a few 3-5 min walk)quiet place to sleep because we only get to use the hotel when we have to sleep at night. I would recommend this hotel to Filipinos.

Good except for the lift service.
5 star for the hotel location which is within 3 min walk to two MTR lines. Rooms were not excellent but comfortable. Main gripe is with the horrible lift service which is obviously way under capacity.

The room is large and wifi available in room, but the speed of passenger lift is low. It is good location for shopping and dining, near MTR. Overall, it is not bad and I will stay in next time.

Overall the stay was good, but nothing amamzing. The lifts take forever. No gym. Staff are happy to change you to a non-smoking room if one is available.

room is bigger than the standard normal hotel room in HK. location is great, very near to temple street, easy access to mtr... but taking the lift every day is a big problemt. the lift is always full, even if you wanna take the lift up before you take it down, the lift is still full.. have to wait at least 15-20 mins just to take the lift. overall, not bad.
