I have a short but extremely pleasant stay, staff is friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. Rooms are small but extremely clean. I was accompanied by couple of my work mates and all of them only had good to say about the hotel. I will definitely stay there again .

The hotel looks a little old from the outside, but is quite comfortable and cozy inside. However, the room is really small.
Location is really good, since it is only a few stops away from HK Island, and it is located close to best shopping and eatery places in HK (Tsim Sha Tsui, Mongkok, Yau Ma Tei).
It was a comfortable stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Walk along Nathan Road from Tsim Sha Tsui to Mongkok, and stop by a few malls to shop. In between, there are plenty of dessert/snack/meal places you can enjoy. The only downside is the crowd, which can be pretty crowded.

mtr stations nearby thus easy to get around. a few good eatery nearby. temple street just across the road. room is clean & comfortable. we took the free shuttle bus from the kowloon airport express station to the hotel which is very fast & convenient. will stay there again for the next trip.

Even though the place was roomy and had a lot of space to move around in, the room was very poorly lighted and the place seemed old and dinghy. The decor was old and outdated and it seems as if they purposely didn't want to change it. The place can be better and the service could be better. But overall the place was decent and we were close enough to major tourists sites that walking alone is enough to get to places.

this location was very convenient because we were able to get off the airport express at the kowloon station and there is a free shuttle bus to the hotel. we arrived too late to catch the free bus. we could have easily walked had we known that it was so close though.
the room was clean and spacious enough to store bags in the closet. guest laundry machines available token each load; 1 washing token can be used to dry a load too.
highly recommended.
