An ok hotel for an ok price

All and all it was an ok hotel. The layout of the hotel was more convenient and suited for business travellers but the d-i-y laundry room was pretty nice, though a bit expensive (50 rmb for wash and dry). The hotel was pretty cheap for Hong Kong in a central location. Personally I wouldn't stay there again, but I would still recommend it, if only for the location.
Shopping Tip:
There are so many designerstores in this area, and you can get pretty good deals if you know how to bargain, the price is not fixed, especially if there's a sale.

The size seemed typical for a Hong Kong hotel but too small for my taste. Our suitcases took up all the walking space in the room. We came in on the Inter-City Train from Guangzhou, the hotel is only a short taxi ride over from the station. Very friendly staff. Television looked like I was suppose to wear 3-D glasses to watch it. The night city-view was beautiful, we were a few floors from the top so we had a pretty good view from up there. We never opted for hotel food but instead went to find food in the nearby restaurants for breakfast.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The washers and dryers in the self-service laundry room requires tokens that you have to purchase at the front desk for 25HKD/token.

Overall I guess this is a hotel of value. HKD650 through agoda, probably the cheapest I could get. The room is really small only about 20m2, they only have twin beds that nite and the beds were also very small, only about 1 meter in width... but the good thing is the room is very clean. The location is great as well as it's in center of TST area.

The front desk was very helpful to give us a room with a double bed, normally reserved fro handicap. This room was good for us, (me and my two year old baby daughter).
Attitude of front desk staff was very much appreciated.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The public swimming pool in the Kowloon Park next to the hotel is very good, Olympic standard at indoor and outdoor pool also big and comfortable.
Walking distance to the biggest shopping mall in Tsimshatshui.

Busy Hotel in a strategic location

Hotel enjoys the occupancy because of location and easy access to airport via Airport Express shuttle. Restaurants and malls are closeby and one can easily go to the Central Island and other locations by near by Ferry service. Subway station is also close by. The staff were not able to give me early check in though i was exhausted. Hotel is busy and there are lot of vacationers all the time. Concierge is helpful in keeping the luggage if you need to keep it for a few hours.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you like experimenting with variety of Chinese food this is the place.

The hotel was in a convenient location

The internet access required the manager to come to our room each time and then have his staff issue a prepaid voucher which then delivered later by a bellman.
The hallways smelled strongly of smoke by the room was not as bad.
Shopping Tip:
See the Temple Street night market as it is only a short walk from the hotel and offers great bargains if you are willing to negotiate.
