The hotel is conveniently located at a major shopping area. The room is very clean. Access to the subway is within walking distance. The
Hotel only provides 1 user name and 1 password for the wifi access. If you have more than 1 device then it could be an issue. At the time of stay, they were having some repairs and reconstruction. So the noise is noticible. Elevator is old and slow.

Pleasant stay in a hotel centrally located in the shopping district. Elevators need more work given the number of tourists who stay in the hotel. There is a supermarket right in front of the hotel making it easy for one to buy food and toiletries

It wasn't fantastic.
There were crackling noise during the night. Had to wear an ear plug to go to sleep.
Internet was extremely slow (wifi) and only can use internet from 1 device. So i used it from my phone, the ipad will not work. So only 1 person can use it .
The lift was extremely slow.

Good location near to Austin mrt, staff were rude and room was very very small. But it was clean
If you only need hotel for sleep over and near mrt plus central shopping district in TST, this can be one of your choice. Don't expect too much with 5star friendliness etc. does not come with the package
