Nice enough hotel, but rooms very small

Not a bad hotel at all, only complaints are the size of the regular rooms.
If you take a superior room, the only upgrade is that it is on a higher floor so not really worth the expense.
Beds comfortable, room was in good condition and breakfast reasonably good buffet.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Don't bother with paying extra for a "superior" room as it's not superior to a standard room.

Close to Causeway Bay which is famous shopping area; local market closely nearby open till late evening allows you buying large variety of fresh fruits; room is relatively small but still able to move around; free Wifi code with high speed; a super mini refreigerator and a safe box provides necessary usage.

The receptionist has to behave better (more patient maybe) on assisting guest.
As there's a lot of people from overseas, it is good to ensure the receptionist knows English well.

All staffs are friendly, rooms and especially bathroom are clean, however frankly I have never seen a room as small as this.
Shopping Tip:
Strategic place to shop in times square or any other branded or normal store in causeway bay main area

Great location but small rooms

I enjoyed the stay. Location was walking distance from most major shopping centres and eating places. Staff were friendly and very useful, providing quick service. However rooms were small, and it was difficult to manouvre around the room since we had several large travelling bags.

during my stay in winter season
the room is not warm enough
i stay for 3 days,
the room is small but i think is it okay for us
bathroom is okay without bathtub (yet four star in HK is doesn't have bathtub ?)
the concierge is good
but the receptionist is not friendly. she dont know how to smile at visitor or guest.
they will require u to put deposit 500 HKD (dont worry they will return u very quickly when u checked out.. its easy.
Room will get a new water every day.
PROS :
got wifi
good location
near MTR CAUSEWAYBAY Station
CONS :
no wardrobe unit.
no bathtub (what do u expect)
small rooms
for first timer, the location will hard to find.. but look around..

Shopping is nearby : got SOGO, TIMES SQUARE, FOREVER 21, APPLE STORE, GIORDANO, KOH KEI (macau snack),

1 chinese traditional noodle i would like to recommend is
the one block infront of times square..
the name is KAM SAI NAM Traditional Noodle .. try the pork one! 28 HKD only..
i have tried ramen in japan (tokyo, osaka)
but this one will get u a new experience ...the noodle is different.
the other one is the dessert restaurant nearby..try that one in the night.. full of youngster there. recommend the durian pancake..if u like durian..

Be warned that whilst the hotel is great it's in the middle of a market area if you're a little sensitive to those sights and smells. Oh and there are some big underpasses nearby.
