Great location but small rooms

I enjoyed the stay. Location was walking distance from most major shopping centres and eating places. Staff were friendly and very useful, providing quick service. However rooms were small, and it was difficult to manouvre around the room since we had several large travelling bags.

during my stay in winter season
the room is not warm enough
i stay for 3 days,
the room is small but i think is it okay for us
bathroom is okay without bathtub (yet four star in HK is doesn't have bathtub ?)
the concierge is good
but the receptionist is not friendly. she dont know how to smile at visitor or guest.
they will require u to put deposit 500 HKD (dont worry they will return u very quickly when u checked out.. its easy.
Room will get a new water every day.
PROS :
got wifi
good location
near MTR CAUSEWAYBAY Station
CONS :
no wardrobe unit.
no bathtub (what do u expect)
small rooms
for first timer, the location will hard to find.. but look around..
Shopping Tip:
Shopping is nearby : got SOGO, TIMES SQUARE, FOREVER 21, APPLE STORE, GIORDANO, KOH KEI (macau snack),
and
1 chinese traditional noodle i would like to recommend is
the one block infront of times square..
the name is KAM SAI NAM Traditional Noodle .. try the pork one! 28 HKD only..
i have tried ramen in japan (tokyo, osaka)
but this one will get u a new experience ...the noodle is different.
the other one is the dessert restaurant nearby..try that one in the night.. full of youngster there. recommend the durian pancake..if u like durian..

modern rooms, great views on top floors

Be warned that whilst the hotel is great it's in the middle of a market area if you're a little sensitive to those sights and smells. Oh and there are some big underpasses nearby.

Smoke smell when we entered the room, it is a non smoking room, housekeeping came up and sprayed fresheners.
Will recommend friends and family to be there again.
