It's a nice and clean hotel. Very small room but the decoration is nice. Service is ok. It's near to Times square and shopping malls.

Hotel is in quiet area of the Bowlington market. Very close to shopping area like the Time Square and Sogo Departmental Store. Bus no. 11 from the airport drop you close enough for you to walk to the hotel. I would recommend you taking a taxi to Gloucester Road (next to the Volksvagen showroom) to catch the bus to the airport. Cost and another for each luggage. Being a vegetarian, there are a number of great vegetarian restaurants around CauseWay bay.

after staying in a guesthouse for one night, checking in at best western felt like a dream. granted the room is small but this is standard for hongkong. we love that there is bathtub to soak in after a day of sightseeing but our complaint is that there's no handle to grip to when standing up. staff is efficient and even open the cab door. lots of places to eat around the hotel and are open until 11 pm. there's also a market nearby where we bought fruits and other necessities. excellent location if you're into shopping.
Hotel Feature Tip:
if you're taking the mtr to reach the hotel, look for the exit to times square, turn left after exiting the mall and look up, you'll see the best western sign. you have to cross the road to get to the hotel.

hotel located in a good location in hong kong, very close to mtr causeway bay, staff was excellent, the front desk set me up on the 37th floor with a great view of hong kong island (could see a little bit of victoria harbour), hotel was a bit on the pricey side but for hong kong i guess that's normal.

when u leave form time square metro station to Hotel ... Fish Market comes on way. As i am Vegetarian it was very difficult to cross that market and there was lot of smell so had to take odr way always to reach hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go to Peak and Ocean Park.. Both are good

The hotel lobby looked good. The area was not the best. The room was very small and basic. There was no room to put your suitcase. It reminded me of a hostal. The Best Western name is well know in North America and the quality of the room you get there. This hotel did not have it. For the money, I expected a much better room.
