Tiny Hotel
The only thing we liked about the hotel was the location. Check in and out is smooth. The receptionist is multilinguist too.

Everything in the hotel is small. The elevator can't even fit 4 people especially if you have luggages with you. You can't walk in the hallway side by side with your companion as it is very narrow. Rooms are tiny. No closet. Once you get inside the room you cannot move around. Mini ref is literally tiny. It can only fit two canned sodas. Bathrooms are tiny too. You have to stand sideways if you're a big person like my husband. Toilet is not clean. It's like the water recycles back even if you flush it ten times. No bathtub. I don't suggest to stay in this hotel. You might want to consider other decent and comfortable hotels nearby. But if you're on a budget and doesn't mind the surroundings (you have to pass by the wet market when you go out of the hotel), then go check it out.
Shopping Tip:
near mtr and causeway bay malls like times square, sogo, fashion walk, hysan place, island beverly center, and wtc.

Convenient location and easy access to MTR station

Room is small so not much space to put luggage. However, location is convenient. Recommended for travellers spending most of the time out of the hotel.

Best western has smaller rooms/toilets but the service the staff provides makes up for it.
They are very friendly & helpful

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you are thinking of disneyland, you can buy the tickets from the concierge. That way you dont need to queue up for tickets when you're at the disneyland's counter

Simply fit and cozy!!! My daughter said & I agree.

Being within the Causeway area, our stay was fulfilling, shopping-wise. The people we met were very accommodating in giving directions. And oh yes, our stay at Best Western Hotel made our visit more convenient. I am 82 years old and staying near the Times Square made me feel I am in New York!

Jardine Crescent has good buys

Convenient location and only few minutes to Causeway Bay

Room is clean but small, location is convenient but not easy to get a taxi if carrying luggages as taxi doesn't passed by.
Shopping Tip:
Very close to Causeway Bay, all kinds of shops are in the area.

Great location but small room
Good location, clean, neat and tidy

The hotel room is small but condition is excellent, clean and tidy. With the limited space, some of the things are re-directed to another location, such as sink is near the entrance and given a folddable table to put your laptop. We just need to bear with the limited space and get use to it. Overall the staff are quite helpful and friendly. A hotel worth staying.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Very strategic location, near to Timesquare of Cauwaybay.

First time stay this hotel. The locations is very good and easy to accessable. However, if the ranking is 4 Star i think the room design and clean is not at that ranking. The carpack is not clean and also the room design is old fashsion

Small and cute lodging place
Located at one strategic corner of Causeway Bay

Nothing extraordinary but peaceful enough though located above a busy night food market. A chance to sample the way locals spend their evenings at those stalls.

the best western hotel .before we stay at best western antel spa suites at manila,philippines .that hotel is very good room and nice hotel . but this time, we stay at hong kong .the room very small .so, just location is good only...

very accessible just 2-3 minutes walk to times square mtr station...room is small..poor lightning in the room. dont have a proper table if you need to do some work..overall.. it is quite satisfactory specially with free wifi..
Shopping Tip:
near times square , hysan place and sogo .....lots of shopping choices within the vicinity
