Very good hotel. Clean and tidy. It is located at a very convenient in Causeway Bay and near to Times Square.
There are many goods restaurants and shops around the area.
The restaurants are in different grading, ranging from simple and fast food to fine dining. It is a very good choice. I will book this again if I go to HK again.

fantastic stay! such a lovely couple. very warm, relaxed and friendly. will be returning for the next trip to hongkong. especially, it's near from warung malang. one of the best indonesian restaurant in hongkong. it's amazing...we are like in our kitchen and the food are delicious. if we walk around along the weekend, a lot of peoples from indonesia in victoria park.

great location but small room

location is great. it is only 8 mins walk to causeway bay station. the reception area is nice and the staffs are very friendly especially the concierge. as a first-timer in hong kong, they are very helpful with recommendations on places to visit. rooms may be a little small but the interior looks fabulous and brAND NEW. bed is comfortable. there are many places to eat around d corner.

Location is good but hotel is hidden between the buildings. The room is small with small toilet. A bit inconvenient with the reception being in the 3rd floor and the concierge is in the ground floor. Taxis and buses are not allowed to come in so we have to push our luggage to the outside road to board the taxis which is a short distance. The concierge staff were extremely helpful.

i stayed there for only a night, hence there is not much for me to say. it was not the easiest place to find as it was stuck right at the end of the road leading from the market. on top of that, the hotel claims that it does not provide the service of calling taxis for their clients. some staff were friendly and helpful but on the whole, i did not like the service provided. they were not helpful when i asked them to help me check the contact details for a restaurant and instead told me to check it online myself.
i would say that i was not too happy with my stay there.

Good service and very convinient location of shopping in Causeway Bay just a minute walk from Timesquare & MTR station.
reasonable price though the room is small but all you need is available in room, even Bible! I can't find Bible in a lot of Hotels in HK even though it's a 4 stars Hotel.

The hotel is situated in a gret location. Very close to Timea Square and in the Causeway Bay area. It's a little hard to tell from down the street that it is the Best Western as they only have a flag flying outside of it. The rooms are very small but if you are high up you have a fabulous view. The Wifi isn't great so if you need Wifi in your room, don't rely on it. The lobby wifi is much better.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go to Ocean Park and use the MTR to get everywhere it's so easy. You can buy an Octopus card and it works for the MTR and some others places. Go to the Peak at night but expect a line up for the tram.

Best Western Hotel is situated next to Wanchai Market. The location was on a back street and it appears to be an old converted industrial building. Rooms were very small! There were 4 villa type rooms with own spa which was nice and views were stunning. Rooms again were extremely small. Staff was ok but not great.
