The location of the hotel is quite good as it is very near to the Causeway Bay MTR station...thus easy to go around the city! As for the room itself...rather small but enough for 2 / 3 nights anyway. Overall pretty reasonable, I would stay again in this hotel mainly coz of its location neaer to Time Square and very busy streets with many shops!

“best western causeway bay”--- another hotel where you do not get what you pay for!
rated four stars! in a pig’s ear! maybe two stars but priced as four !
admittedly we had only the very small standard double/twin room on the 32nd floor of 37. emerging from the lift you are greeted by overwhelming hot stale air(sure its the wet season at the tropic of cancer ) . the tiny room air con was good though , but with windows not opening there is no fresh air. in-room stuff included a frig about one cubic foot, a safe box fixed in a minute lightweight bedside table easily capable of being carried away bodily, no bedlamp/reading lights , a minute bathroom somewhat hazardous for aging folk, and too small altogether for people larger than average. curiously , the toilet is in full view from the bed thru an un-necessary glass window , kinky for some maybe!
on the up side, very friendly cooperative staff , and a very convenient location effectively across the road from causeway bay’s times square.

Hotel was nice and clean. However, the toilet bit too small and the room don't have much space to move around. The room is bit too dark not enough lights and you can barely see yourself from the mirror on top of the basin. If they can do the lights better it would be much better.

I stayed there for 5D4N.I don't like the housekeeper. It is because I only got the Toilet Paper for the first day, the succeeding days without Toilet Paper, I have to use the Facial tissue paper. Secondly, I drink water every day, I found out that the housekeeper never clean my cups...that is bad.
It is hard to get a taxi at the hotel, specially when you have your luggage with you, you have walk a few distance from the corner of the hotel in order to get a taxi.

Location is good but hotel is small
Hotel is ideally situated next to the Times Square Shopping Center and surround by numerous well-known department stores. Shopping venues such as Sogo Department Store and traditional hawker markets will keep shopping enthusiasts busy throughout their stay

the best thing about this hotel for us is the very fast wireless internet speed. it is also very close to the mtr at times square and there are many restaurants nearby. the only problem they have is that the rooms are quite small and the toilet is exceptionally tiny. it's very hard to move. and also the cleaners are not very good in cleaning (example: the headboard of the bed is very dusty and the cups and drinking glasses are also not properly washed)
Shopping Tip:
you can avoid passing through the wet market from times square if you pass through sharp street instead of tang lung street
