there was some hiccups during the stay but the hotel manager resolved in no time. hotel promised a free upgrade during next stay.

Great Location but very small rooms, no wardrobe

room was clean. staff were friendly and efficient. nowhere to hang clothes so two people sharing the room would find it imposssible to unpack. the wash basin is in an alcove behind the door with no lighting - made shaving very difficult. close to shopping area of causeway bay and mtr station.
Travel tip:
rooms not really suitable for double occupancy because of lack of space.

close to times square and the mtr (subway)

The room was quite small and basic. 2 single beds which were not very comfortable. Room service knocked on my door at 6.30am on Saturday morning to give me 2 bottles of water (I did not appreciate that!) Wifi was good. Location is great - 5 mins walk to Times Square.
Shopping Tip:
Times Square is very close by

too easy - highly recommended. nice location and friendly staff. the place was under repair but the staff made it very easy to accommodate despite the inconvenicnce. the place was very accommodating while i had to work they were able to provid einternet and phone connection. all in all a great stay and a nice budget place.

the location is only a stone's throw from times square. food and transport is very convenient. room is really tiny. if you have big luggage u will have a little problem
Restaurant Tip:
There is a Japanese restaurant round the corner which is very popular. Queues form even before the restaurant is open. Also a Teochew restaurant at the end of the street is also very good. You must try the COLD CRAB and steam fish (mullet)
