Convenient location close to underground station (Causeway bay).Good service and really tasty breakfasts.The only minus I can determine was lack of varderobe in the room so you were force to keep all your cloths in a luggage.

Will never stay here again
Close from Time Square, but that is all...

1. Location is not that good: Even the taxi driver who talked to the hotel staff could not find the road where this hotel is located.
2. Staff: When I asked the direction to hotel from Time Square, one staff kept saying, "Just look at your right side." And the second staff I talked to said, "Just walk around a little bit and you will see..."
3. Tiny room: Let me put this way. I could not find any space where I could put my carry on bag. So, I had to use one bed to put my luggage. No closet for your clothes or a desk for your computer either. Do not try to move your arms in the shower if you do not want to get hurt by hitting the wall...

this was the second time i stayed at this hotel. the rooms are clean and recently redone, but small. the staff is friendly. the last stay i was given a room with 2 single beds pushed together (which turned out to be very uncomfortable) because they did not want to upgrade me to a highr

The hotel is a little difficult to find, and is not near any major attrations ie. shopping, night life ect...

There are quite a few good restraunts near the hotel.

In the heart of Causeway Bay, great location...surrounded by good food and good shopping. Seeing the lobby, you may be impressed...but go upstairs, you wonder if they ran out of money and couldn't afford to continue the renovations upstairs. In short, you get what you pay for...and that location for that (low) price, probably worth it.

The design of the hotel is fancy with a touch of retro design. It is definitely a budget hotel for business travelers or shoppers. The location of the hotel is a little bit hidden, however, you can find a lot of foods and mini-marts in vicinity of the hotel location.

the place is clean and has most essential amenities such as hair dryers and kettle to boil hot drinks. however, the bathing cubicle and room is really tiny. no room to move at all.
Shopping Tip:
The Best Western is a stone throw away from Times Square. It is super convenient to explore the downtown Causeway Bay scene.
