The hotel has a great location, amazing view, friendly staff, super clean and cozy. We arrive late evening and they were waiting for us, everything very smooth and expedite.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Right near of the mid levels escalators, LKF area, bus stop at the front door, free shuttle bus to Central and Wanchai.

Clean, basic hotel in a great location
location to Central, reasonably priced, clean, helpful staff, free wi-fi, shower jets were a nice surprise

Location was central to the decision to stay on Hong Kong island. I was not after lavish accommodation, but rather convenient access to the night life and shopping districts. Being only 15mins walk to Central station, it was the place to be.

Awesome location but rooms are tiny.
location is perfect, next to central escalator so can easily walk down to SoHo and LKF area. Price is very reasonable for Mid-Levels area.

Small rooms - Small bed - decent location
the location is central but its high up the central escalators...

Staff was nice but the rooms are too small and you want to be on the south side of the building - that side has better views. the central location is decent but it is a bit far up the central escaltors.... elevators are also slow.

The room of the hotel is small which I think is only enough for 1 person to stay. The cleanliness service is good!!
Nightlife Tip:
Near to the Lan Kwan Fong which is good if you like the night time party.

lovely room service, great location!!
loved the room service very fresh..everyone was very friendly, clean, decent size for downtown hk

i came in late at night from the airport very tired. everyone helped me with my bags, helped me to my room. my room was big enough for hk central area. very fast wireless internet i could check my emails before i went to bed. i was hungry over night the optios there were 2 were not good. fish sandwich? fruit and bread is just as easy!! there is nowhere outside to grab something so late. hot showers, clean. in the morning i ordered room service. the breakfast was very delicious the fruit was very fresh. many taxis around to take my to my destination i would reccomend the hotel.

No complaints. The hotel was at the top of the escalators, so good for shopping and night life in Soho.

good location but if you have big luggage its very difficult to move so small rooms,it was so funny that we just laughed and laughed!Its like if you panic in elevator you could panic too in those rooms!!!Price is too high !!!
