we have stayed here several times now and many people who we work with also stay here. this is due to our previous experiences there but that has now changed. when we booked the hotel room we stipulated that we were a family with a baby so would need a cot. when i then wrote to them asking for confirmation that a cot would be provided i was told that it would cost an extra dollars. this service is usually provided free of change by other hotels but bishop lei refused to help or even make the price quoted a reasonable one. this is not acceptable for such a hotel and i will neither stay here again nor recommend it as such a simple, basic request was denied leaving my baby nowhere to sleep.

I really enjoyed my stay at Bishop Lei International hotel. Although the single room is not big, it is fine. It has a closet and a desk to work at and windows with good view. The best, howver, is the swimming pool with a view over the city. Really nice!

very nice hotel with very good rooms. customer service was also very good. hotel situated in maybe the best area. You have a very nice view from the hotel and it is right above all the bars, restaurants and venues. Most interesting things are not more then 30 min away. Just 5 min away is the botanical and zoological garden of hong kong where you can go for a walk and some relax.
Nightlife Tip:
all the bars and restaurants are just 5 min away

The Hotel has a very good pick up and drop facility. It is well located and has access to Public transport. The rooms are small but clean and well maintained. The staff are very helpful both in room service and response. The concierge is well informed. The swimming pool and Gym are small but functional. Overall, a good experience. The rates could be less though.

Good stay overall. Unexpectedly small room but it was only for sleep, out and about all day long. Hard to get a taxi during rush hour, but it may well be the case anywhere in HK.

at the first time, it's hard to find from HK macau ferry termainal.
you should check shuttle bus from this hotel.
it is located in attractive spot and quite.
Good to stay for short term travelers.
but it's quite narrow even for two women.
