Greate Location with a decent price
Decent price, near city center
5.7
The location is great, i am able to walk up from Lan Kwai Fong, and soho. the room is a bit small but clean, and overall a good stay, it will be great if they are using a proper card key instead of the old fashion key with a large key chain

Great view from the harbour
Very good location and suites
9
Great rooms if you pick the suites with final 01.
Beautiful view. Nice rooms. TV could be a little bigger and amenities a little better.
Location is perfect for night life. Walking distance to Soho and LKF, but far enough to be quiet.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Suites ending in 01

good value
close to soho/elevators, good price

upgraded upon check-in to a one bedroom harbourview suite! walkable distance to soho where there are many bars/restaurants. the weekend rate is considered a good value for hong kong. although the location isn't walkable to much shopping or sightseeing, the hotel offers shuttle buses and there is a bus stop right in front. clean rooms but showing its age.

Ok location, but great hotel
rooms were a little small but clean.

This hotel is located in the midlevels of HK island, a primarily residential area. It is close enough to the worlds longest outdoor escalator system so getting downtown is not much more than a stroll if you time it right (escalators go down from 6-10, and then reverse direction to make getting back up the hill easy in the afternoon/night). The hotel is very clean and the staff is very polite and helpful. Wifi, pool and business center are included, but breakfast is not. Their laundry service is very expensive, use the local one up the road. The rooms on the north side have stunning views of the city.
Restaurant Tip:
Maxim's Palace on the second floor of the city hal building is great for dim sum.

Good service, ok location
7.3
Location is OK. Easy to get to by cab, but quite a hike up the soho escalator and walk up to the final hotel.
Hotel is not close to any decent food places. The 7/11 is also a bit far by HK standards (still quite close by western).
Its a good place to spend the night and hang out with friends in Central. Not good for shopping tho.
Good staff and service.

Good location, nice pool, small room
Good location close to escalator, good size pool
7.7
Not much space in room but space is at a premium in HK so I'm told. Easy walking distance from escalator (though uphill on the way back) so lots of dining/shopping choice.
Only one niggle was the cigarette smell in our non-smoking room.
Restaurant Tip:
Enjoyed eating at Jaspas Restaurant in Staunton St and the Peak Bar in Shelley St (you can see it from the escalator)

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were very well attended the only small point is that they are slightly on the small side.

quiet upper mid levels location
service good hotel recommended
7.3
Hotel is fine for Westerners, tight fit for Western couples in standard double room best to go for larger view of harbour rooms. Clean, stylish hotel for price level, well finished suites and public areas. Fast efficient service, make sure you request no smoking floor by phone prior to arrival as these go fast; smoking room was tolerable for non smoker but not ideal. Public bus stop right at door and cabs are cheap; mid levels escalator is 3 blocks to your right downhill via Robinson Rd. 1 block and down Mosque Street 2 blocks; downhill in morning til 11AM and uphill afterwards till midnight (?). Took shuttle twice during 10 day stay; it runs every hour. Room service meals fast and efficient. Outdoor pool has view of Central including Bank of China Tower.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hong Kong is under siege by Mainland tourists; August was unbearably crowded in every shopping spot by 14:00. Shop early in day and knock off to go to beach , etc. for afternoon.
