Poor services by hotel employees

1. The first day we arrived the hotel won't let us check-in early even they have rooms available already.
2. Their WIFI don't reach our room.
3. I have requested for additional towels but they don't want to give us additional towels cause it says on our reservation that with 2 people only but we have 2 kids with us too. They said to complain to out agent.
4. They could not give us help with directions on how to get to tourist spots in HK.
I don't want to stay in this hotel ever again.
Shopping Tip:
If want to shop for cheap prices, stay near Mongkok and be near MTR.

convenient location with buses and vans to get around
however staffs' services are not up to standard,
room service staff are rude and loud, front desk doesn't speak english.

Clean comfotable room and value for money
The room is clean and bed is very comfortable for a good rest with easy access to taxi and public transport to downtown. Plenty of food oulets

i was very much delighted given a double bed and 1 single bed upon checking in. the room was clean and bed was very comfortable. except for its location which is slightly far from the main city shopping and attraction, it is quiet and really value for money. there are plenty of eating places around with easy access to downtown. taxi fare is around hk$35.00 while taking mini bus is a mere hk6.50
