Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.
We want you to pay the lowest possible rate for your room. If you have reserved a hotel room through Agoda, and then show us that you could book the same room, for the same dates, at a lower rate, that is viewable and bookable on another website, within 48 hours of booking your room with us, we will either match that rate or beat it. The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the subway. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The bathroom is very tiny, I almost hit my head when I finish shaving.
Overall, the hotel is a smart pick, it is very competitive on price, clean and versatile. If you travel along and tight on the budget, BTH won't let you down. The staff is very helpful. Once I needed to fax some documents to the U.S. consulate after I checked out, the staff provided all the stuff I wanted to get the job done, really appreciate it.

Not far away from MTR ;
Free Internet Surfing+Local call ;
Tiny room but clean & tidy.
Water(shower) no that hot in winter even turn on the swith for more than 20 mins.
It's my first time to book on Agoda and book Bridal Tea.
Bridal Tea is the Economic chain hotel in HK, this one--Li Tak St., locates at a not so crowded district. But near the MTR, just 10 mins walk.
Free Internet surfing & local call, that's really convenient for travellers. Room is tiny, but that's HongKong style. For me, it's clean and tidy, would be okay.
I would try other hotel of Bridal Tea next time or perhaps just fix at this one.
Restaurant Tip : Some canteens nearby are pretty economic and good, dont miss it.

There was nothing to like about the Hotel. Have seen it before I booked and paid online, I will never ever stay there
Location is horrible, in rough part of town across run down building. Very bad area with mechanics and sheet metal stores. Furthermore, very confusing to find. There is no sign saying this is a hotel. Furthermore, the entrance to the Hotel is inside a restaurant
Very tiny front desk with the person working behind the counter speak very little English. The room was terrible, super small designed for petite size person. The desk chair was for a child size, there were two single child size beds. The shower was so low that I had to bend over, I am 6' tall.
The room like prison size cell and in very scary and rough area.
I think the rate was high for this cheap Hotel.

Good amenities provided, more than in famous hotel. Near MTR.
Outside the hotel (neighbour) is not clean.
The reception can't speak English.
At first, I thought Bridal Tea House hotel in any branches any location was very small and uncomfortable. But because the limited budget forced us to choose this hotel. While we were walking from MTR to the hotel, we still thought that we were right. The neighbor is quite dirty.
Surprisingly, the room is something completely differnt. Yes, it's small but nice and cozy. We have free dringking water, slippers, a refrigerator, air conditioner, hot water, a boiling pot and free tea and coffee. The hotel changes the towels and bedsheet for us everyday.
The room is beautiful. Another thing is all rooms have window, big window.
When we expect something bad, but we get something better. We are very impressed.
ps: if your plan is going to Nongping Village, Citi Gate Outlet and Hong Kong Disneyland. This is the right location.

Very good house keeping and helpful staff,24 hr in-room internet free access for twin rooms. The rooms are extraordinarily clean and functional for a tiny person. Local phone calls are free, with my Skype in the internet, I was able to make unlimited calls to the world for free from this little hotel. Ample food establishments nearby.
Bridal Tea House, both on Arthur St and on Li Tak St, are in a slummish but safe neighborhood.
The streets are truly filty. Watch your steps when you go out. Bathroom gadgets are breaking down. The rooms are so tiny, if you are not slim, do not try to book it.
It was a pleasant stay. Rooms are very clean and steril. A utilitarian set up good for budget traveler. The free internet access is invaluable for my business and communication. The sound proof system between rooms are excellent. There was no noise. However I would recommend the branch in Arthur street because the one on Li Tak street is situated literatlly in a slum. The streets are very filthy but it is safe. The night porter joked about it " This neighborhood is so poor, we don't ever get muggers."
Restaurant Tip : If you are into noodle shops and authentic Chinese simple rice dishes with tasty toppings i.e. Chicken, Duck, Roast Pork, or Stew Beef; Authentic Wonton Soups, then you are in the right neighborhood. A meal will cost US$8-10 and it is very filling and satisfying. Foods are great.

Nothing.... While booking its like you getting a deal at about 43 dollars but whne u enter the room its like ends before yuo start walking in th e room
Very small rooms starts and ends immediately. We took a double bed the room was may be 6 ft wide and 12 ft in length total ... Youy can imagine.
Very very small room .. Room was clen but very small and bath room also very small .. May be 4 ft wide and 8 ft in length.... Ya [after seeing thought should have spent more and taken a good hotel from agoda...hotel staff frendly.. Location not very good ... As its little away from the main rod and far from airport as well as other locations and atta=ractioins .. I suggest if solo travelller then fine or lese if any omne needs lil comfort don t stay here unless too much on a budget constrint.

The hotel is very small. I would only recommend this hotel if you are alone and on an extreme budget. I had the room to myself, but my other friends who shared it found it very squashy. The location is ok, McDonalds around the corner with other shops. It gets very noisy, you can hear the cleaners in the morning and the elevator whenever it stops at your floor. The TV only picks up about 4 channels. You are better off spending a little more money for a better hotel.

Rate reasonable and affordable.
Rate reasonable and affordable. Early check-in available. Location very convenient and accessible / in walking distance to subway station. Staff friendly. Li Tak Street is dark at night but safe. Responsible security guard on duty at main entrance at night. Room clean. Wide range of room amenities available, despite room size is small and compact.
The elevator is noisy.
Also the door slamming noise by next door neighbours is annoying.

Clean. Good staff. new decoration
small, a little bit far away from the subway.
I am very suprised that I could find such a hotel in Hong Kong. Everything is beyond my imagination except the size. But I do not care since I just need a clean place to have a sleep. It is already beyond that demand. If I will go to the airport next time. I will definitly stay there, since it is convinient for me to take the subway to the airport.

Location is acceptable surround with restaurants, Mc Donald shop, near MTR Olympic Station and Bus terminal
should provide free drinking water on a daily basis not only the first day.
The room is quite small but it is neat, clean. Reservation staff, guard is okay, overall it is worth for money for such a budget hotel. Through the location is not in the center of the city but it is convenient to go anywhere by MTR. The hotel situated near MTR Olympic Station around 200-300 meters. there are restaurants, and convenient store (7-11) nearby. Good to stay here if u cannot book a room in the central of city.

Noise of elevator, a bit dangerous outside at night.
Stayed from 15 to 18 November 2008. The room was clean & compact, and the security was always there to check if unknown person doesn't come in.

Clean bright room. Sparrow may be small. Is a fully-equipped
Filled every day of the missing items are missing East West. Such as bath milk and tea bags, etc.
Walk away from the Mongkok MTR station takes 10-15 minutes. Tired throughout the day will be a bit much. Room is small but enough space for 2 people. Count cheapest price. It can accept. However, the next day clean-up service room. and not done very thoroughly.清掉not some small junk. and some basic equipment. such as coffee packets. bags. and so have less shampoo. we live in 3 consecutive nights. but the quality of service is somewhat arbitrarily. Another effect of noise is not a good (we live in the 2nd floor). night speech street neighbors. will not have access to quiet us. and a friend living next door to respond to the mainland. A man and checkin staff at night. rude . Let Back to the spot she wanted to check out the town of Shenzhen.
