acceptable price, good location, friendly staff.
We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. Initially, we booked a double-bed room, but because of it didn't stated at the booking form, the hotel arrange us to stay in a twin-beds room. However, the staff kind enough to let us change our room at the second night. The room is very small, as well the bed. The size of the bed for the double-bed room is like the size of super single bed. There is complimentary waters & drinks in the room. The room is clean & comfortable. The location is great. Just 2 minutes walk to MTR station.

Hotel location is good and with lot of varieties of local food stall and restaurant within walking distance. Lot of activities during evening with many local stall setting up for the nights market sale. As for the hotel room, it's just too small to fit in for a family with children except for couple or single traveler. Front office staff is not friendly and sometime is rude at the way they answer you back when we need to ask question. Not forgetting, MTR is just around the corner with easy connection to most of the places and less hassle.
Restaurant Tip : There is a stall just right across the hotel entrance where they sell good noodles during the evening. For those who are staying at this hotel must try it.

close access to station and general shopping and market regions. reasonably clean
the room i had was tiny, the shower even tinier. it stank a bit of sewage, but that cleared at night. slow lift
if you're travelling alone, it's not too bad. the room was small but it was enough for me to sleep and get clean in, so it served its purpose. it was also easy access to yau ma tai station and you could walk to most of the markets and other shopping areas, so it was really handy. they provided a place for me to store my luggage safetly for free when i wondered around on my last day. the main issues were the slight smell of sewage when i first arrived (but that seemed to clear up later) and the fact that the cleaners took over the lift during cleaning hours, meaning we had to wait a good half hour for the lift to arrive (i actually took the stairs to my room on the seventh floor but others had to wait round because they were higher up). very simple room, maybe not worth the price?
Restaurant Tip : local cafe down the road had a nice local breakfast

Good location, very near to MRT, Room is clean.
Room is extremely small, difficult to move around and no space to put luggage. Not worth to pay the price per night for such kind of hotel facilities. Staff is cold and not helpful. You can easily find another much proper hotel by paying slightly extra.
Will definitely not going back for such kind of hotel again.

Very close to MTR, convenience shops, food, Ladies Street; good value; useful room amenities
Smallest room we've ever stayed in (very limited space for luggage), can get pretty noisy (corridor outside & street below), reception staff may not be fluent in English
Chose this hotel for its location and price, based on reviews. Already expected the room to be small, so was not too surprised. Besides the size, everything else was fine. Think we got the older rooms with the bigger bathrooms, which was good. Excellent location, close to MTR & Circle K/7-11 are everywhere. A good & popular choice for budget travellers.
Restaurant Tip : If you're a fan of HK iced milk tea, get your fix 24/7 at Circle K.

near by MTR station, very conveniently.
the room is too small, hardly have space to walk.
Overall the place is good in term of location just behind the Yau Ma Tei station, and just one street away from temple street (Mui Kai) for night market and food, however the room is slightly small.

Conveniently located. Just behind Miukai Street. Warm and cosy interior. Good space design for room. Soft and comfortable matress. Reasonable price.
Improvement is needed for front desk service.
Bridal Tea hotel is conveniently located at Mongkok. It is just behind Miu Kai Street. If you are a dessert lover, you can find Ngo Kee Dessert shop - famous JaJa and Yee Shun Milk company - famous milk pudding from Macau along the main street. You can reach Mongkok and Jordan MRT station by walking. To reach Bridal Tea house, just stop at Yau Ma Tei MRT station and walk towards the end of street. The hotel is located on the right corner of the traffic junction.
You also can reach Lady Street with 20 mins of walking distance. To Victoria Harbour, it is just a 10 mins taxi drive.
Nightlife Tip : Really conveniently located. Do try out the "Shark Fin" soup ("woon chai chi") at Miu Kai street.

staffs to be more approachable
With its wonderful location near the MTR and within walking distance to eating places and shopping centres its very useful for budget travellers to enjoy a longer stay and with its cleanliness is magnificent which I found most pleasing.Though its short stay this time but will be back with my friends and family in the near future.

reasonable rates, good location - accessible to eateries, night market, and mtr
only one lift servicing the 27 floors (old building) both for hotel guests and housekeeping
The hotel is good for its price. You get what you pay for. Very good location as it's in the middle of everywhere a tourist/traveler would want to go. Room space is calculated. Not so convenient for those traveling with kids and with large luggage. Housekeeping just fixes the beds and doesn't clean the bathroom nor the room floors. Tip: Don't mess to keep your room clean. Hotel staff are friendly. There's Wi-Fi at the lobby. Definitely, I can stay there again if given the chance.
Hotel Feature Tip : All switches inside the room must be turned on for the shower heater to work.

The location is really great and u can walk to anywhere from the hotel. Bus A21 is just on the next road. Suitable for budget travellers who just need a place to sleep
rooms are really really really small. My husband was 1.86 and his feet was literally dangling from the bed. No much walking space, not to mention space to put your luggages.
Stayed in the old wing and has no problem with the service ppl. The location is fantastic. Right below the hotel starts the temple street market; stroll down along nathan road and you can go to mongkok! Lots of eatery around there. Hotel staff are really friendly. They gave us a twin bed room although we requested for a double bed during reservation. We went down to them to request for a change and it was immediately processed, with no questions asked. Impressive for a budget hotel!Lift was slow as there is only 1 serving 27 storeys.
Restaurant Tip : Walk along temple street and you will come across spicy crab seafood. Its good and cheap. Definitely a must try!

Best location, very convenient just 2 minutes walk to MTR.
Room is clean and has everything you need.
Bathroom is very small and the floor drain wasn't work well.
This hotel is probably the best location in Yau Ma Tei. You can take only a few minutes to get to MTR. The room is small but clean and very lovely decorated. Anyway, what would you like to do when you come to Hong Kong, stay in hotel room or go out, sightseeing and shopping.
This is good for a single traveller or couple, when you need the room just to sleep in.

very affordable room rates
not much really because we should not expect something that is beyond what we pay for
Everything in the room is small. Small and short beds, cute toilet sink, limited space in the shower enclosure. All switches must be turned on for the shower heater to work. Not recommended for those with little kids. Has flat screen LCD tv, hair dryer, mini refrigerator, towels, toiletries, lots of eateries around, very near MTR.
Hotel Feature Tip : Travel using small luggage bags when checking in at this hotel.

Good location closed to shopping area and MTR Yau Ma Tei station.
hotel staff not very helpful & friendly.
Overall this hotel is very clean and presentable. But the things that i am not so happy is the staff service are really poor. The bathroom also a bit weird, cause we have to climb using a chair into a square tub in order to use the shower, which is very inconvenient. Suggest to remove the square tub.
Restaurant Tip : Delicious wan tan noodle and desert just close to this hotel.
