Good location/price, but dirty rooms + inept staff

We were lucky enough to find a room for Chinese New Year for a decent price, but that was pretty much all we got. The advertised room was not what we got, the room had not been sufficiently cleaned, there was dust and grime in all the corners, and in the storage area under the bed.
The signs on the ground floor all showed pictures of beautiful Western and Chinese breakfasts, and all for $30. A great deal! What it turned out to be was a small continental breakfast, like you would find in a North American Truck stop: toast, oatmeal, coffee, and tea, and rice.

Great location but extreme small rooms

Hotel location is not noisy but the rooms are extremely small. The reception lady are not friendly, when asked for location they did not put up a smile. There is only one lift to excess to all level. I am staying at level 2 but I can't use the stair to go down to G Level (reception area)and have to wait for the lift to travel to all level and come down to pick me. I am wondering what happen if there is fire??

This hotel locates at a perfect place. the Yai Mai Tie subway station is just right there. The old Miao Street is also very nearby, you can go there to have many triditional chinese food at the night market there. The staff are very friend. The room is clean and comfortable enough.

the hotel staff is quite ok. the hotel is close to 7-11 and local restaurant. the hotel located near mtr so it is quite convenience for traveling around. the only cons is the size of the room. however, if we are going to hk again. we will book here again!

Near big shopping centre. From hotel turn right and head up to the main road and keep on going straight.
