I stay at this hotel a few times a month, and it's always fine. The elevators are slooooow. This time I was put in a hollywood suite on the 12th floor, and this room reeked of cigarette smoke, but that's common in Hong Kong hotels. If you're allergic make sure you specify a non-smoking room. The location is really great, a few blocks away from all the restaurants and bars on hollywood/LKF, lots of antique shops and art galleries around. Just remember, this is a no-frills boutique hotel.

I work near Landmark and the location is pretty convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and hotel is very clean. staff is quite nice. rooms are reasonably sized for HK. the only issue is that the water system is really quite loud so you can hear your neighbor's showers etc. otherwise a good value!

The owners have done a nice job of sprucing up the former property. The breakfast service has been terminated, but a short walk will find you coffee and other alternatives. Rooms clean, quiet and staff are pleasant.

One of the best hotel I have stayed in Hong Kong. 10 mins walk to the nearest MTR station ( Sheung Wan station). Plenty of food around the hotel. There is even a park next it.
Staffs are very helpful and friendly and fluent in english.
Love the whole "Hollywood" theme deco in the hotel

Tured of paying high room rates in HK..this is the answer ...beautiful recently renovated hotel a short walking distance to all the major attractions in HK, this hotel cannot be beat.
Restaurant Tip:
A short walk down Hollywood road will take tou past all of the art / antique galleries and leave you at Lan Kwai Fong where you can find any type of restaurant you could want.
