The conditions of the hotel were generally clean and well maintained. Although the room was small, it had all a traveller need. I had a green view from the window of my room. The process of checking-in and checking-out had been remarkably efficient, less than one minute for each.
The location of the hotel was something I liked most. It's sSo close to the Central and Lan Kwai Fung area. There were also many places for dining nearby, the food served ranging from the locally famous "wan tan" noodles to international fine cuisines.
Undoubtedly a choice of value for money!

Excellent service. They even remembered my name as they opened the lobby doors when I would come back to the hotel.

They even remembered my name as they opened the lobby doors when I would come back to the hotel. There was some water damage on my floor, but I think they are in the process of renovating....I hope. Will definitely revisit.

There was a bit of mold in my bathroom but other than that it was fine. I was discounted so it was good value for the money. I tried to extend my stay but it was going to almost double my price. I decided it was not worth it.

many nice small shops around the place great location for art and looking around but hotel rooms to small maybe good for one or two night max. not for larger people room service does not exist and make sure you brink your own coffee and also good luck trying to find a power point for the kettle was little hard smaller rooms in middle not even have a window!not much else to say other than looks nice on internet staff great so this was a bonus and spoke good english

Room was nice and good value for money. The hotel felt very new and the staff a little inexperienced. Within walking distance of everything I wanted to see. Decor a little naff - trying a bit too hard design-wise - but very comfortable.
Restaurant Tip:
208 restaurant opposite is excellent. Sin Sin gallery nearby very worth the visit. Good bars near the big escalator from Hollywood Road.

we stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. very good location: close to the center, nice hollywood garden, public transport and main tourist destinations. very small but clean and nice rooms, no extra beds available. so for the family of 3 people its quiet incommodious.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Good location.
