The room was quiet and comfortable. Cleanliness played a very important part in my decision to definitely come back and stay here again. Free wifi was a definite plus and the speed was good too. The staff and their service was really friendly and good. I would certainly recommend this hotel to someone who is looking for a nice place to stay.

I got a Gardenview room...
Room is comfortable....quite spacious if compare to HK hotel std. Very reasonable pricing but its a distance from the office in Sheung Wan.
About 15mins walk to the train station.

for the price this hotel is perfect. top location, well designed, free internet, friendly and efficient staff. of course the rooms are small and hk is noisy, but if you just need a decent place to stay this place will do nicely.

Good service but small room + very bad ventilation

Too strong air-con in common area but the ventilation inside the room was very bad. We tried to turn on strong air-con but still the ventilation was not good and bad smell especially from the carpet and shower area.
Staff are nice and helpful, including both reception staff and cleaning / room make-up staff.
Location is okay.
Many TV channels.
Room is too small for couple.
The pillows and blanket cover are not very clean.
Adaptor for all kinds of socket is provided.

Very small room, better for solo than couple, but good if you just need a place to sleep. 3 blocks from Sheung Wan MTR, so convenient location at good price. Room was clean and service good, no nonsense. Walls were a bit thin - we could the neighbors, particularly the shower/toilet water noises.

the hollywood theme only partially works but for the price it s fine and the location in the heart of HK makes it fine for a short stay

had a great stay at the hotel. i found out that my charger for my mac had died and i asked the front desk if they knew where the nearest apple store was. as the shop was closed, the person at the front desk let me use their charger overnight so that i could hit the ground running next morning. what service!
