Our stay at Butterfly on Morrison was a pleasant one. The room was really nice and modern, and the internet was great. The only downside to the stay was the toilet, as we could smell a weird stench coming thru the toilet walls, moreover the tap was leaking.
Shopping Tip:
Times Square is just located a short 5 minutes walk. Moreover, a walk to Jaffe Street & Lockhart street would only take 15 minutes. Good & Convenient!

Overall, a good hotel to recommend for those who come to HK for shopping. Rooms are comfortable with chic design. Clean and nice.
Shopping Tip:
Spend some time to walk through the wet market on the way to the MTR. U will find lots of fresh fruits and seafood avails along the wet market. A different experience.

One of the best hotel in Causeway Bay
The deluxe room is of a comfortable size with a good layout. Internet is provided through the cable but unfortunately i didnt bring my computer. Room have a wonderful view of happy valley and the hills. A short walk to Times Square, the tram station and MTR station.

A good choice of hotel in the Causeway Bay/Wanchai area as it is accessible to many places. Reasonably priced for the quality and location. The hotel staffs are friendly and have no problem communicating with them. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if the hotel rates remain the same.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Check out the Causeway Bay market which is less than 5 minutes walk away. Lots of fresh fruits and many other things!

New, Clean, Comfortable Beds

Nice, Clean, New rooms. The beds are comfortable, which sometimes make me feel like sleeping in rather than going out (seriously!). I enjoyed my stay a lot in this hotel, and would definitely come back to stay anytime!

Butterfly on Morrison
Room - very attractive, very like a maaster bedroom + ensuite at home rather than a bland hotel room. Location
7.3
Overall the Butterfly on Morrison is a very good choice for travellers on business, sightseeing or shopping. It is a very convenient location for access to Times Square and Central MTR and also close to Wanchai and around the corner from Hong Kong Jockey club at Happy Valley (this is a great spot for a morning/evening walk or jog).
The room was absolutely excellent for a budget/value hotel - attractive colour scheme, great lighting options etc. The bathroom is really an ensuite shower room, but again very attractively done.
This hotel is really all about the room and location - entrance hall and reception are small and dark and staff could be more warmly inviting .. but the room more than made-up for this.
They need to re-consider internet access though - at $26.00 for a day this adds approx 20% to the cost of a nights stay! With more hotels ofering free Wi-fi it becomes an important consideration for guests managing their budget - this fact alone makes the nearby JJ hotel better value. With Wi-Fi included, its a toss-up between the 2.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
very close to HK Jockey Club, Happy Valley, which is a neat place to walk/jog around in the morning and has a park area for the kids.

It was a nice hotel for two, bit small but for just to sleep, it is sufficient.
The concierge is very helpful as well to show us where we can eat etc.
Shopping Tip:
Walking distance to time square and SOGO the main shopping place in causeway bay

A great stay
Well located, clean, quiet, very nice rooms
8.7
I found this a great little spot. Amongst the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong, it was quiet, clean and I got upgraded to a top floor penthouse suite! There was an amazing view of the surrounding area! Staff were helpful although their lack of English was still a barrier to understanding more complex requests. I didn't dine in the hotel but they did have a restaurant. Overall it was great value for money and I would recommend without hesitation.

We would have been very happy with our room except it smelt of smoke. We asked to be moved to a non-smoking room which could be arranged for the following night. They sprayed our room on the first night to disguise the smell and this was ok. The rest of our stay in a non-smoking room was great, the room was clean and modern and the staff were very helpful. A good hotel for the price.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
When we wanted to go to places we walked to the times square mall and caught the subway to all the places we wanted to see. The underground rail system is very easy to use and very economical.
