Reception was welcoming and very well presented. Good size room (deluxe), I am glad i had upgraded. Had to ask reception to give the bathroom a better clean on the first day. Great towels. Unfortunately the Website images (for superior and deluxe) do not show true style of room or layout, need to update images. My main concerns were the lack of thought to the design for certain parts of the room. Generally room layout was good expect for the bathroom as it was not very private. The bathroom doorway comprised of two glass doors, that had frosted center panels with clear edges, that met at the corner of the room. There were gaps between the glass doors and existing wall so the bathroom was not isolated from the bedroom, thus every noise and smell that was made was a very public performance(difficult when sharing a room). Also the mirror wardrobe doors added to the spectacle of basic bathroom use (I will let you use your imagination). The sliding wardrobe doors required some skill to master as they were constantly jamming. As there was a lack of any handle of finger groove, the only way to open the back door was to gently push the back door where it meet the front door at the center, thus making it easy to jam ones fingers.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Check to see if there is a proper door to the bathroom if you like to perform you bathing ritual in private.

The hotel is relatively well-located near Time Squares, Causeway Bay Station (about 8-10min walk, without shelter), where you would be able to find food and shopping easily.
Room is designed for a boutique and cosy feel, especially when you wish to stay in the room to laze while waiting for the rain to subside. Food and convenient stores are not within the hotel area, which may be a concern to some travellers.
View from the hotel would be nice, if you request for high floors upon booking. There are only 2 lifts serving the hotel and it does take relatively long to wait.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel to travellers who wish to stay on Hong Kong island, with relatively good location without too much strain on the pocket, despite some of the cons.

we stayd 3 nights in this chicy hotel.the location is great,5 minutes to anywhere in wan chai or causeway bay and very close to mtr station. they upgrade our room to excecutive and gave us a wine because we were on honeymoon. the only problem with this hotel is that the reception is on the 3rd floor and you're not enterying straight from the street.one more thing was that it was very noisy in the room when the next room use the shower (strong water sound). overall good value for money for hong kong. in the price we paid we would stay there again.
