Great location. About 5mins. walk to Time's Square

Just like any other boutique hotels in Hong Kong, tis one is also a noisy hotel. Besides the fact that it's beside a busy street, the whole building structure is not well sound proofed. You can hear the room service lady knocking, doors banging, traffic, even on the 12th floor, etc.
Shopping Tip:
Go to Time's Square for boutique shopping and go to Sogo if you want department store type of shopping.

Easy and Efficient

I first stayed here when it first opened, and have since been backed. The price is quite reasonable for Hong Kong Island. The service is helpful and the room sizeable and comfortable. Like other properties in Hong Kong the space is quite efficiently used, meaning it may be considered a little small if a couple is staying or there are large luggages. I definitely recommend this place.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is located very near to Times Square, which has shopping and is also a transportation hub.

It is about 20mins from MTR station, don't let the staff fool you. Although it is about a 10min walk to the Times Square Causeway Bay Station, inside the station, the Times Square exit itself is about 10mins from the train. So expect to walk a lot, if you are using MTR.
Hotel was so small and so cramped. Lobby was on 3rd floor, and the hotel doesn't have clearly marked entrance. Taxi's also cannot stop in front of the hotel. The Superior room was ridiculously small, and the walls were all marked with scuffs and chipped paint. Poor condition

Nice hotel with the exception of the problem with the bathroom which caused the water from the shower to constantly overflow. Otherwise, the location is great for cheap eats, nearby Times Square and just a 5mins walk away to most public transports into the city.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. They hold the room for us though we checked in very late (our flight was delayed) and the room is in great condition, equipped with fridge, safe, plasma TV, table, chair, wardrobe and luggage storage box. A king-sized double bed in the room but still got spaces to move around. The bathroom is great and bigger than what I imagined. Though the bathroom is half-transparent, it is located next to the room so it did not caused any problem to us (even if you are staying with someone who is not your intimate partner). There is cable available in the room so you can online with your laptop but Wifi only available in the reception floor (we can still access the Wifi though our room is at fifth floor). Room cleaning and laundry services available everyday so the cleanliness of the room is guarantee. Staff service is great and they ready to provide us all the information we need and also some "local tips". The hotel is located at convenient location in which there is a bustop right in front of the hotel. I will stay with this hotel next time if I travel to Hong Kong again.

the staff at the hotel is very helpful and friendly. i like that being able to check my email
with free computer at the reception, the room is good size for superior and very nicely done.
i would come back and stay at this hotel. i found it very convenient to all places i want to
go, causeway bay just walking distance.
