The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The hot water was stable and large amount. It is important after walking in Hong Kong when sweating. the Wifi was fast and the air conditioning was fair.

The room was very big and spacious. The window view is wonderful and the design of the room was very cool. It was really a good value in Hong Kong because it was low season. The only drawback is that it is right between Causeway Bay Wanchai MTR so it was 10-15 minutes walk from either MTR station. And the hotel is under renewal so the public area and lobby was a little bit messy but the room was no complaint.
