Convenient Location with Spacious Room
Near to MTR Station and eateries stops

great location, just 5-minutes walk toi the mtr station, and around 15 to 20 minutes walk to shopping area, such as, harbour city...the room size is not too big but is spacious enough for big luggage to open up while you need to pack. taxis are always easy to get. overall, it's a good hotel.

Well situated, modern hotel

We booked a superior room for 4 nights during Christmas 2010 weekend. Price was quite expensive (double than regular).
When we checked-in we were upgraded to deluxe since we were staying for 4 nights (as the reception said)--a nice gesture.
We were very happy with the room; quite spacious for 2 people (compared to other HK city hotels). It was complete with free internet broadband, fridge and microwave (the last two come in handy for storing and heating snacks and food).
Our main concern was the AC. Seemingly, it did not work as expected. The temperature outside was 10-15 degree celcius and the room was always cold eventhough we set it to 30 degree celcius.
Walls were rather thin as well--can clearly hear our neighbors using the tap/shower.
Other than that, all was excellent. Staff was really helpful with directions, itinerary suggestions, etc and our room was always cleaned and kept at very high standard.
Airport express shuttle bus no K4 stopped at Park hotel which was only 1 block away. Tsim Sat Tsui MRT station is 3 minute walk. Star Ferry and Macau Ferry was less than 10 minute walk. Harbour City Mall as well.
Heaps of restaurants around: Thai, Chinese, Kebabs, etc. Deliferance for a nice coffee and breakfast is around the corner.
Supermarket was also very close next to Guangdong Hotel across the street.
We will definitely come back--especially during low seasons when the price is back to normal!!!

Chic boutique hotel with attentive staff

I loved their service. They were very attentive and accomodating. The location is a 7 minute walk from nathan road and there were numerous dining options in the vicinity. Just be warned that if you're staying with friends, the bathroom shower door is transparent and there's a peek a boo window in the bathroom that is visible from the bed. If privacy is an issue, you may want to look elsewhere. Other than that, the place is modern and clean.

This's hotel in heart of Tsim Sha Tsui.Near Pub & restaurant. The toilet so be sheer.It's ok if go with couple.But if you go with friend it not funny.
Nightlife Tip:
ฺBehind Miramar shopping center have many pub and restaurant.

location, within minutes walk to mtr, serviced by airport express bus k3 (from hyatt regency) n k4 (from park hotel)

except for the air conditioning which was exceptionally cold, the room is of a good size considering it's in land scarve hong kong. convenient location near tsim sha tsui mtr.

Great location & nice design hotel

Very nice boutique hotel in the heart of buzzling Kowloon. Really enjoyed our stay.Staff was very helpful and friendly. Internet hubs in the lobby. Very clean room and bathroom was spacious with all the things one needs for a hoem away from home. definitely recommended!
