The hotel is off the beaten path a little, which was fun to see. The hotel is inviting from the first footstep into the lobby. We very much enjoyed the rooms, lighting, temperature of rooms, cleanliness, and price. Good stay.
Shopping Tip:
Nearby there are great night markets.

Location, restaurant & 7-11 & Convenience stores nearby the hotel, clean room & staff are well trained.

Quite happy with the hotel. Location is good, not far from MTR (only 5 min. walk from hotel) and 10 mins walk from Park Hotel (Drop point of K3 line bus from Airport Express station), room is clean, staff are great.

The hotel is conveniently located in the central district. however, find that the hotel room size a bit too small. Heard that all rooms only come with Queen size bed, no two single beds, can be quite inconvenient if 2 persons prefer to sleep separately.

Excellent hotel with very good service
Excellent location, very close to MTR station, on the main bus route.

I would recommend it to anyone who goes to HK for shopping, sightseeing, or for a business trip. I would defenitely stay there again. Thanks to all the staff there, the service is excellent.

despite a false thermostat on the wall (admitted by the hotel's asst. mgr.), the aircon could not be adjusted. the room was so cold that i had to request an extra duvee. because of this i will not stay with this chain of hotels in the future. this is a shame as everything else was fine, but if one cannot have a good night's sleep what is the point of giving this hotel your custom.
Restaurant Tip:
good food available in the same street as this hotel.

i had to stay around TST for one night and i tried this hotel because i saw a lots of good commend from Agoda.
very satisfied the atmosphere and service is exceptable.
good location and easy to find some local food just walk around the hotel area.
staffs are friendly and happy to help
internet is free for everyone around the lobby area.
only the check-in time was pissed me off. they said 2pm so i was waiting till 2pm and when i went back the room still not ready
