clean, neat, comfort, good location near to mtr station but lacks of facilities. the hotel quiet small that i thought. the room smells good, friendly staff.

I think butterfly on pat was remodeled just few months ago. It was very very clean, and facilities were all new. And it is easy to access everywhere by few minutes walk.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you feel little cold because of air conditioner(HK is very hot and damp, so you may need airconditioner) you can order front a hitter machine.

We liked the hotel due to its closeness for all shopping, transport and pubs and bars
Breakfast was hard to find close by which was reasonable
Rooms could be cleaned earlier for guests

Close to everything you need within a reasonable walking distance

Good hotel , in good location with excellent room amenities and decent room size. The condition of the hotel is very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This is the 3rd time i stay on this hotel and will stay also next time.

Excellent Hotel
location is great, easy to go around the city, plenty of restaurants nearby, friendly staff, clean & comfortable room

Hotel that provides the basics...
location is great, easy to go around the city, plenty of restaurants nearby, housekeeping was great.

stayed on the 17th floor-noise was not a problem anymore...size of the room was reasonable. when we asked for an extra bed, they said there are no extra bed available. instead hotel staff provided us with extra blankets and pillows. shower was great. brought manila paper to cover the bathroom glass since we already anticipated that this will be a problem. room was very clean as well as the beddings.
Restaurant Tip:
try the "two hundred vietnamese and thai restaurant" just a few steps away from the hotel and the authentic chinese restaurant just across the butterfly on prat. your stay in hongkong will definitely be more memorable if you try these restaurants. there are also grocery stores near the hotel which are definitely helpful if you forgot to bring some basics for your trip

Nice hotel. Although the lobby is small but the room (standard room) is big enough for 2 people.

Great shower facilities
Small boutique hotel with a unique style. When u enter the small lobby, the air freshener n the orange n colorful interior makes u cheerful. The room is clean n functional not as big as I thought from what I have seen from the Internet, but still ok. The bathroom is big by hong kong standard. The standing shower area is big. The shower head is Hans Grohe n there are 3 water jet modes for u to choose. It is indeed a great way to relax after a long tiring day walking the streets of hong kong. Staff are friendly n helpful.

Pillow is totally flat. Once u put your head on the pillow. It becomes as flat as the mattress sheet. The bed is also a bit too hard. The location is good, easy access to TST mtr. But the hotel is located near lots of small drinking pubs, as such it can be noisy at nite. I was staying on the 12th floor I can still hear the noise though it is not so loud. Just down the street there is a cafe joint First Stop Coffee that serves excellent American breakfast n coffee. Also there is this big food stall just across the mtr that sells hong kong street food. I think they serve one of the best fried intestine. All in all nice little boutique hotel with great location.

A failry new and clean hotel that I will definitely stay the next time I travel to Hong Kong. Also a hotel that I will recommend to my friends and families. I particular like the space in the room for its price range. It is spacious compared to other boutique hotels that I've stayed before for the same amount of dollar.
