we had a pleasant stay at this boutique hotel, convenient location & comfortable room. relatively new hotel. There are many eatary nearby and are spoilt for choices. if you like to go pub, there are many pubs & clubs around. You can find shopping areas easily, walking distance to shopping centre & ferry terminals to china.

Clean, nice room with working shower

This was a good hotel, after spending 2 weeks in Thailand the shower that gave you exactly the temperature you wanted was nice. The rooms was clean and the staff was friendly. The walk to the subway was not that long either, so I think the location was good. The two free computers with internet in the lobby was also nice. I cannot comment the food while we didn't eat at the Hotel.

the location is very convenient just that taxi driver may not know where since it's quite a new boutique hotel. Generally the rooms are clean and modern. size is not bad either, at least they hv queen size bed. they even hv a micro wave oven in there. if house slippers and a robe can be provided that will be great !
Nightlife Tip:
very vibrant area, many pubs around, u can hv a gd pick ! restaurant esp "cha cen tang" also plenty.

We have been in Hong Kong for several time, this is the 1st time we stay in this hotel. Out of expectation that the room is big in size (all this while the hotel we stayed were very small). Room condition is very good, tidy, neat & clean.
The most attractive one is the staffs' customer service. All of them are very professional & good in customer service.
If you plan to visit Hong Kong, I will strongly recommended you to choose this hotel.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is very near to MRT station (3 mins. walking distance) & also very near to the shopping area, such like: Lady street, mong kok & etc.

Booked this hotel last minute after staying in an awful guest house and got a great deal on the room. It was clean, the rooms were very big for a city hotel and there are some great places to eat nearby. The pillows were a bit soft but the room in general was very comfortable. Having a microwave in the room as well as a DVD player was a nice surprise!

The room is very nice and comfortable but the building was not built as a hotel so there are lots of downside for this hotel. The rooms are not properly sound proofed. The windows are not double glazed so the noise coming in from the streets is so bad that I did not get any sleep at all. To top it all the fridge keep buzzing throughout the night and the neighbouring doors could be heard when they shut. It felt as if it is my door shutting. I was upgraded to a deluxe room and it was so bad I would hate to think what it is like for the normal rooms. I would defintely not go back again.

New, elegant and clean boutique hotel. When i arrived, was greeted by superb efficient bell service. During check in, friendly staff and the aroma fragrance at lobby was great!lobby was equip with laptops for 15 min free wifi. lobby has a nice 5 star service's restaurant. Everything we need is available at mart, like 1 min walk away.

Nice stay at the Butterfly on Pratt
New hotel, very nice design with modern touches

This is our first time staying at this hotel, as it comes highly recommended by a colleague who stayed here last year. She got a great rate, but we paid a higher rate due the the Rugby 7s the week we were there. Since the hotel is new, most cab drivers and bus drivers don't know its location. Its across the street from Guangdong hotel, which is an older established hotel in TST. The location on Pratt St is a bit obscure, with lots of restaurants, bars, and shops in the area. I took the airport bus A21 from the airport, but the bus stop is about 2 blocks away on Chatham Rd, so I had to check a map to find the hotel. The hotel is about a block from TST East, so its about 10 min walk to the TST MTR stations along Nathna Road. Most hotels in HK have small rooms, but the Butterfly has a tiny rooms. Its fine for 1 or 2 persons, but don't expect too much room for your luggage. Its layout is quite efficient, so everything is convenient. I liked their restrooms, as the shower area is quite large, with a Hansgrohe shower head. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Butterfly, and would recommend it to other travlers.

There are 2 notebooks available for use on the ground fl, but no printers. You can request for any amenities, like slippers, combs, etc if they are not in your room.
