Comfortable and convenient
Centrally located, comfortable amenities, fast and free Wifi

Picked Butterfly on Prat because of its location: within walking distance of the shopping district and conveniently situated near the MTR, which we would be using a lot to go to Lantau for the Blur concert and sightseeing, and to HK island for more shopping. Value-for-money indeed, the rooms were very comfortable and the staff were helpful in securing transpo back to the airport.

Dirty towel encounter but good customer service

I shared a twin room with my younger sister. All was well for the first 3 nights but my sister was terribly traumatized when she found the bath towel ('newly' replaced after housekeeping) soiled with a gooey fluid, which somewhat looked like mucus. That left us wondering if the items we used were clean since we did not think of checking them thoroughly!
I let one of the staff know about this incident and he sincerely apologized for it. After we returned from breakfast, he gave some form of reimbursement as a gesture of goodwill. It wasn't much, but I guess it was important to show acknowledgment of shortcomings.

Beautiful hotel with a great location
Modern and very clean rooms; walking distance to great food restos, shopping stalls and mtr station.

enjoyed our stay here at this beautiful hotel which is well maintained, complimented with a friendly staff and great location. although the rooms are not that big,it is still very cozy and clean. very easy to go to other places since the mtr train is just a 5 minute walk. restaurants are all over so getting hungry at the middle of the night is not a problem (you should try the best peking duck at king's lodge!)just 2 or 3 streets away is granville where you will find fashion stores lined up although shopping stores are everywhere in this area.

Excellent hotel with good value for the money.
we had a wonderful stay with our children, this is a NEW and CLEANEST hotel that we had ever met during our stay in Hong Kong.
MTR stops are within walking distance, restaurants and retail shop are just nereby.
we are happy to stay in this hotel, and will certainly stay here again.
