convenient location, helpful staff, free internet, clean room, comfortable bed, modest rate
water leak from the shower into the room
Great location: short walk to the MTR subway and train station, very easy to get taxi, can take A21 airport bus to within half a block for HK$33.
Lots of restaurants and stores around.
The bed and pillow were among the best and i have stayed in more than 5 or 6 different TST hotels, from YMCA to Marco Polo.
The room is more spacious than most, offers free internet, mini-fridge, microwave, better than most hotels.
Furnitures are not fancy, but of good quality, clean and functional. Staff are helpful and friendly, speak English well. There was a leakage of water from the shower stall into the room, got fixed the next day.
Room rate was modest. The best overall value I have had among TST hotels. The lobby is small, but who needs it. The money is spent on what matters.
Hotel Feature Tip : 711 store is just around the corner where you can buy anything you might need and keep in the mini-fridge in the room.

Location is very good.
Staff are very nice and conscientious.
Internet in lobby.
Great price (at least at the time I booked).
Clean and new.
Did I mention the great staff (every one I interacted with was wonderful and very service oriented).
The standard room has a bathroom that has translucent glass from the bedroom area to the toilet in the bathroom and the shower stall. Make sure you are VERY comfortable with the person you are staying with!
This is a nice little hotel in the heart of Kowloon, in the Tsim Sha Tsui section. There are stores everywhere around the hotel, a number of bars around the corner (it's a little lively bar section of town), there is a 24 restaurant virtually next door, kinda close to the MTR lines (read below), etc. If you like a small hotel without a lot of adjunct hotel services (business center, pool, etc) this is a great option.
The hotel staff are really good. It's staffed with young people who seem to be the owners (or at least welcome you as if they are) and, since it's a small hotel, they remember you in the hotel. They really are high on service levels and customer interaction. They don't all speak English fluently but will involve someone who does in order to communicate with you. I had a small problem with my room and the issue was taken care of immediately, with follow up later to ensure my satisfaction.
Travel tip : The hotel is a 5-10 min walk from the Star Ferries and 2 different underground (MTR) lines. The streets are crowded and there are pesky hawkers every 10 feet to annoy you. Also, there seems to be non-stop construction around the foot of Nathan Street and the public attraction areas around the waterfront just to makes things a little more difficult. BUT they have just finished an underground connection passage way between the MTR Tsim Sha Tsui station and the other line (I forget its name). There is an entrance to the passage way just around the corner on Hart Ave (1 minute walk away). This will let you avoid all the hassles of surface walking and get you to the MTR stations, the Star ferry and the waterfront quickly and easily!

Clean, modern, quiet, nice
the entrance door is difficult to open if nobody opens it for you.
has no good restaurant attached. only a medioka Russian restaurant which has a veal cutlet on the menu but mince and chopps it like a german bulette (kind of hamburger version). and charges 128 hk$(which includes a few grilled veggies, but don't give butter and bread with the maun courses. has no diet drinks, and for the water one has to pay. but there is a great korean Restaurant right oppesite the hotel.
Restaurant Tip : very good korean Restaurant which is relative cheap.
