Nice hotel, close to MTR, Victoria Park, walking distance to shopping malls. Nice rooms, good beds. Bit small rooms, but ok. The minus for the hotel is lack of breakfast and fitness gym. Very helpful staff at the reception. Ok price (comparing to other places in Hong Kong), although could be pricey (the price could change). I would recommend.

This is one of the best hotel I have stayed in Hong Kong. Service is good and hotel is clean and cosy. Location convenient, just about 2 mins walk away from Tin Hou MTR station.

Great Location - Friendly Staff
New Hotel Close to MTR and Trams

We enjoyed our stay. The room was small but very new and clean. Great shower lots of pressure and hot water. We had some trouble finding the hotel as there was confusion with the Butterfly on Morrison but after that it was easy. There were quite a few good restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed in particular the Japanese Restaurant Okonomi. The tram was very close which made it easy to get to the shopping at Times Square and Sogo. The in-room Wifi was fast with only a few drop outs. We would definitely stay at this hotel again overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Great Location but small rooms

Clean room, nice environment. Most of the service staff are approachable and friendly, except for 1 particular guy. He kept our luggage at the concierge but when we return to collect, he did not bother to tell his fellow colleague where he kept them and his colleague had a difficult time finding it.

stayed for 2 nights, place is really really something i'd really be staying in next time i visit HK. recommendable really! staff is very helpful and trustworthy!!! proof is that my wife left a watch in the safe, housekeeping recovered item and hotel staff was retrieved by a friend of ours (after meticulously asking our friend for details, ensuring item was to be returned to us). definitely one of the best traits i look for in a hotel, trust-worthy staff! what's more, price is very reasonable! worth every cent if you ask me.
