Comfort Room, But Unfriendly Staff At Check In

Newly Renovated Comfort Room, Easy Access to Public Transport, but unfriendly Staff at the Check In and was very disappointed with the Service. I was told that we can only check in at 2pm, if we need to have an early Check In (at that time was 12 Noon, which we think it's reasonable time for a Check In), but was told that we must pay extra in order to check in at 12 noon, otherwise that we have to check in at 2pm. Disappointed!
Even we have requested for an early check in during our booking, as our arrival time is 5am in the morning, we understand thats not possible, so waited till 12pm which we think it should be reasonable time to check in. Completely Disappointed!

We have an excellent experience with the Butterfly. At first, we were curious about the hotel and location that is unknown to us. However, it amazingly went smooth as what we expected. Though the room is small, that did not really bother us as what we want is just a good rest. Other amenities are simply superb. Just to name a few; comfortable bed, excellent shower, charming and friendly staff, etc.
